Great Videos we've discovered, and wish to share...

If you all are like me, I can't stop watching birth videos, and other related baby videos. I have wanted to share several, but this one I really really really wanted to share...

Do you have any videos you've just been awed by? Post a link, so we can all see, too!!!

This is a French nurse bathing a newborn. Oh, wow!

I have seen that one. It is so relaxing. I think it is called a leboyer bath... My mom did that with me after I was born!

My goodness. I watch it over and over. The first time I saw it I started to get appalled by her methods. Until I saw that baby actually respond with bliss and peace to the technique. And the baby? So super adorable!!

My son wants to bathe our baby like that. We should practice. On dolls.

Here is one I love! The support and emotion by her husband makes me cry every time!

Her next baby was a c-section due to being breech. Her third was a HBAC and here is the video link to that one:

@cagnew Oh my gosh, that first one made me cry! When the ob/midwife said, "we're going to have a birthday party," I was gone!

I can't find it online under the free documentaries, but I was watching a movie/documentary today called "Breast Milk" on Netflix. They showed a few newborns trying to breast feed for the first time and it brought back so many memories. I'm so excited to do it again. Just wanted to let you know if any of you subscribe to Netflix streaming.

Man, what is it about birthing videos that always makes me cry? Great videos. I love that they were watching the birth in a mirror. Added that to the list!

I marked this one to show to DS later - I'm in love with this midwife! There's a lot of chit chat at the beginning, the actual birth part is pretty short.

The mom in this video blew me away! The strength and perseverance she had is totally inspiring. Her baby is asynclitic and her awesome birth team guide her through all kinds of maneuvers to get her straightened out. I watched the whole 22 minute video, which I usually don't do!

That was so hard to watch. I am just crying thinking of how my husband isn't going to be there... He was just cocooning her in her struggle and I can't imagine how I will feel or how I will hold up if things don't go smoothly. . .

That was pretty amazing
