Restless leg syndrome? And stiff hands and feet...

Just wondering if anyone has experienced restless leg syndrome at night. It's so annoying and really keeps me awake. I think it's better when I exercise, so I should probably make a point of doing that daily. I walk constantly but don't stretch aside from yoga once or twice a week.

I've also noticed stiffness in my extremities, namely hands and feet. Is this a pregnancy symptom, or something else?

Any advice or thoughts would be much appreciated. Would magnesium help?

I think eating more foods with magnesium might help you feel better. Here is some information about what magnesium is believed to treat effectively:

i agree with magnesium, and just came to say so. i drink some cal-mag every night before bed, and it really helps the jimmy-legs! good luck!
