The Belly Thread!

Ladies, one of my favorite parts of these ddcs are sharing belly pictures. I love, love, love growing along side you all! So, who wants to post weekly/someone regular pics of our bumps?

I'll post one tomorrow! I'll be 7w3d.

BFP pics are also welcome

Natalie, doula lady & wife to A, mama & teacher to DD (4/07), DD (10/09), DS (12/12), & Surprise babe (3/15)

I know that some people don't like to post belly pics so no pressure at all. I took a picture yesterday so I'll post it. But when I looked at it my belly was in the dark. Whatever. 8w5d http://www.mothering.com/forum/attac...d=3290&thumb=1

Here's my starting pic! I'm really struggling with my physical appearance this time around, as I'm the heaviest I've ever been starting out while pregnant. This is also my fourth babe in 8 years, so I'm trying to roll with it. I wouldn't say I'm showing or anything- I've had this food baby for months!

I will play at some point, but right now I know the only thing showing is my super thick adipose tissue blegh. I love the part of pregnancy when I am showing and feel slightly less fat

Mama to my angel baby Drew (9/22/06), Alexia (10/26/11) , and hoping for a in 3/2015!!

I'm in, but as my DD told me, I'm just squishy right now. Though why do pants already fit worse?! This second time pregnancy thing has been rougher than the first time around

I meant to do this today- maybe tomorrow I'll remember. But, it'll just be my fat, and the nasty overhang from my last c-section, where the doctor put the scar in a different place, just to be a jerk. Oh well.

Alright, I'm at 9.5ish weeks. I'm not showing yet, although I can feel a bulge, so the first picture is a baseline. The second picture is an example of how bloated I am at the end of the day (excuse my style - it's laundry day). And, honestly, today's bloat is nothing compared to other days. I didn't even eat any black beans today!

(Oh, I'm weird about posting my face on the internet. Not cause of you all, but because of the internet. Sorry if I remain faceless through this thread!)

OK guys, I am a bigger lady (size 16) so I usually have a bit of a tummy but this evening bloat is a lot for me. I don't have an AM comparison photo though. And DH has been honest, that it's not really anything that other people would see as a baby belly. Oh well. I'm 9 weeks 5 days.

Its actually my third. Lol. But i was 80lbs larger in my other pregnancies so i started off smaller this time around. Haha hope this doesnt mean ill gain more. I feel huge. Im so sick all the time. I really need to get back into running and the eliptical. I know this will make things much better for me.

It didn't look like your first, but I didn't want to say that! Mine is #3 too and it's almost hilarious the difference. I think we will gain more up front, or at least look like it. That seems to be typical.

I'm just so exhausted this time around - are you worse off than during your other two pregnancies? I need to get back to walking and the elliptical, too. Yawn. Maybe after a little nap ...

The weekly trip to the big box store today revealed that they had full-panel jeans in my size. I tried them on, and ahhhhhh... Perfect. I am so looking forward to living in these for the next year. Unless I gain weight everywhere, which is something my body probably will do regardless of my inputs/outputs, based on other family member's pregnancy weight gains. I also got a new bra this week. Up to a cup size G, for good golly they keep growing! No change in my belly size but like @purposefuldoula I am feeling a hardness above my mons, especially when I first wake up, before I pee.

11.5 weeks with my first pregnancy that went past 8 weeks. In my comfy new maternity jeans . 10-15 lbs less depending on the time of the day, than I was in the last photo. I have NO clue where the weight departed from, because I feel much bigger.

I took a pic a week or 2 ago, but forgot to post it. Apparently, it got moved over to my hard drive at home, though, so I can't post it now. I did want to pop on here, though and say: HOLY MOLY! This babe must have had a huge growth spurt over night, because yesterday, suddenly I felt huge & my belly is poking out way more than it was. I'm just 10 weeks, but I'm suddenly wearing nothing but maxi dresses & yoga pants. And the weird thing about it is that it happened literally over night! I'll try to take a pic today & post it later.

I finally found the first pic I took last month (although I thought there was another), and I had DS1 take another today. Not the same angle, but oh well.
Oh, I'm 13 weeks in the outside pic. I was about 8 week in the pink-shirt pic.

Ha! Yeah, thanks. Our yard tends to flood, so we learned to build up. We built one box last year, and added another this year, plus some tubs I found cheap or had lying around. The kids decorated the sides of the raised beds. They're painted pink because that was the only outdoor "Oops!" paint they had for cheap.

So, it's only been a week, and I haven't taken any more belly pics, but we got an u/s today!
We don't have a thread for that, specifically, so I thought it'd be OK to attach here.
Here's our little bean at 14 weeks.
