Ice Bucket Challenge

My co-worker (who is unaware of my pregnancy) has just nominated me (and my entire grade level team) for the ice bucket challenge. I'm thinking that dumping icy water over my body probably isn't the best idea while pregnant. Maybe I just use warm water and pretend it's icy?? Suggestions?

Tell them you have Raynaud's syndrome? I don't actually think it will hurt the baby, though.

It might feel unpleasant for you, but it won't hurt the baby! It's so brief. It would be one thing to take an hour long ice water bath, a quick dunk will be no problem.

Married to the love of my life I'm a stay at home Catholic mom who loves to read, clean, AP, and make my own herbal medicine.
Our kids: 2 babies in heaven; Peter, born at home 4/5/13 ; Baby in belly, due 3/20/15 Planning on another homebirth and tandem nursing.

Thanks, Ladies! I opted out of the ice bucket and donated.
