Thanks for all the good wishes.

I am still suffering post-positive shock. When you've been trying so long, its actually hard to stop taking temps and all. I'm still checking everytime I go to the bathroom.

I'm hoping it will sink in soon! I tried to read the posts, but I can't really concentrate right now.

Hey Christy!

Hope everyone gets their babies soon

: : Congratulations christeenybeeny!!!: :

woohoo! some happy stockings!!!

katie,
did you test yet???? i'm on pins and needles here! your chart looks excellent!!! i think your going to be our '3' :LOL

heveasoul,
welcome back! and no it wasn't PPAF such a sneaky one, that !

welcome to the board lise!

sorry i can't reply to everybody, i've been reading regularly and my thoughts and prayers are with you all!

i had a very vivid dream about having a baby last night. it was different from the ones i'd been having a few months ago because this one was in a hospital but for some reason i was all alone for the actual birth part and her cord was wrapped around her neck, but i was able to unwrap it and she was fine and i suddenly was at home. i remember her face so clearly and nursing her and running around the house trying to find a new sling i had gotten to use with her. actually i guess i'd gotten a bunch of different types of slings, but there was one in particular i wanted to use. and i remember wondering how this happened because i wasn't pregnant. i miss her now. i know it sounds stupid but i figure if anyone would understand, it would be you ladies. wow, the more i think about it, the more i miss her. i don't usually have such vivid dreams. ok well dd needs to be freshened :LOL so i think i'll go...

OMG

I'm spotting.

I just went to he bathroom and had some brown tinted cm...spotting! 7dpo!!! Could it be????? :EEK

I about freaked. I had to stay in the shower a long time to calm down. Don't want to tell DH and get his hopes yet.

I figure it could be one of two things: implantation (do I dare say the word??) OR FF's regular tuner was right with an O day of cd14. But I don't think so bc my temps weren't high enough for me. And sometimes my ewcm goes away before O. And I usually have pink spotting. Oh and I always have this glob of what I call creamy/sticky cm before I start af spotting. I had some normal sticky yesterday though enough to see in my underwear. But not the globby stuff I usually get. OMG.

SO I REALLY REALLY REALLY NEED EVERYONE TO ANALYZE MY CHART FOR ME AND TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK ABOUT O!!!

I wanted to reply, although others might be better at this......I thought tcoyf says that the day prior to the temp shift was O. Soooooo...looks like you *did indeed*O on cd14. But, then despite how high it was it shifted. I guess that's the shift? : I would think? I 'm terrible at this! Maybe you want to ask a guide. Not sure what the turn around time is. I would have just hated for you not to get quick reply and I'm *still sitting here!

Yeah Katie-Congratulations! What a wonderful Christmas gift for you too!

I guess it IS the season for wonderful gifts-I only hope a few more of us get the same present!

10dpo here and very light brownish spotting just once for the last 2 days-it's not constant which gives me slight hope but I really am being realistic and won't be surprised when AF shows her ugly face today or tomorrow.

Hang in there everyone...

Oh wow, I'm reading the posts and have tears in my eyes!!!
Congratulations Gonnabe, Christy and Katie!!!!
Katie, big congrats, you and I miscarried at the same time!!
That's so cool you're gonna tell him on Christmas, can you hold it that long??
I was hoping to do that, but I won't be testing until Jan 2, but I'll tell you how I was gonna do it.
I planned to take a test Christmas morning, then wrap it up and put it right at the bottom of Steve's stocking--anyone else can go ahead and use it, I'll certainly be pregnant before next Christmas!!
I can and will be pregnant, I can and will be pregnant!
Who started that mantra anyway????
I'm SOOOOOOOOOOOOO happy for you three, and Trueblu, I'd say you're looking promising
:LOL :LOL :LOL :LOL :LOL :LOL :LOL :LOL :LOL :LOL :LOL :LOL :LOL :LOL

I'm out I'm really disappointed and thought that it was meant to be this month-I mean after a YEAR! you'd think it's bound to happen eventually ya know!!
So I made DH call to get a order to have his swimmers checked since I know we'll have to have that done when I have my ultrasound and work up done after the first of the year. He's whining about me making him take care of it himself-too bad! Don't mess with me this week buddy...: I'm sure it's me since I my LP is too short but they'll have to rule him out.

So I'll bounce back tomorrow and enjoy the holiday but it's so frustrating and

So I truly hope that a few others have a wonderful surprise in the next few days! See you in the New Year!

Since you say you have a short luteal phase, if you're willing to try "alternative" therapies, I HIGHLY recommend trying a tincture of Vitex. It's supposed to take 3-6 months to make a real difference, but I saw a difference RIGHT AWAY both times I took it. With ttc, I took it in my luteal phase on cycles 8 and 9, bumping it up from 9-11 days to 13 and then I was PG the second month using it!!

I started taking it again this month. I'm 12 dpo, and :::hoping::: to see a BFP in a few days.

Good luck!!

As far as I know, but it depends on who you ask. I would consider it "safe" if you have an older nursling and established milk supply. Here's a page on vitex and nursing. http://www.kellymom.com/herbal/herbal-rem_c.html

You might also try kerry @kerrysherbals.com, she's very knowledgable.

Laura, thanks so much for the info- I will definitely look into that! I tried the progesterone supp but they didn't really change things for me so my dr said to stop using them. I'll try anything and the alt. things seem to work better for me than traditional in my experiences! Good luck to you!

Happy Chirstmas to all

Happy Christmas Eve...!

feeling a little bit worried today, since I'm CD 19, 7 DPO, and was feeling quite irritable this morning...I invariably am quite cranky exactly one week before AF...hoping on being able to attribute it to my cold, which began on Monday...

fingers crossed, and to everyone - hope you're coping with the 2-ww during a potentially stressful time!

Damn...I have a raging case of PMS. And I am sooooo tired, I have been sleeping all morning. So, it is pretty obvious AF will be showing her ugly face next week. Or earlier, my back is killing me too.

I know, it's not over till she comes...but I had a 1 1/2 day LIGHT period, fertile CM on CD 7, and now I feel PMSy at CD 21. I think I just had a weird short cycle. I had to pick this month to skip temping....

Hope everyone else is having a better time of it..

On a whim, (well, actually, because my temp was still up this AM, 13 dpo) I decided to test with my first morning urine... After 3 minutes, I glanced at it, and was disappointed not to see anything. A few minutes later I picked it up and saw a very faint line!! I'm not totally convinced yet, but maybe in a few days we'll see...

Shhhh, don't tell anyone! It's my secret, 'kay?
