Alexis,

Sorry you are out. I hope that there's some relief in having this crazy cycle over with.

Mat4Mel,

I hate to be responsible for getting you all worked, since I am the queen of worked up usually. But :LOL it's so much fun to pay attention to other people's symptoms since I've taken the no symptom pledge.

BTW

I meant

to apply to me only. You mileage may vary.

Yeah, it is totally a relief! And a little bit of a pain (literally, as I am cramping something fierce -- time for the heating pad!)

thanks

Lydia - yes, I was?/am? a doula. I practiced for 4 years before dd. It's an amazing thing to do! When she's older, I'll go back (now I only do it for close friends).

Alexis - sorry to hear af reared her ugly head. At least your out of limbo, which I think is the hardest place to be!!

Question for you TTC Gurus - what day does implantation dip in temps happen?? Also, the cramps are gone today. So, what the heck does that mean, LOL. Now on day #8 post o.
thanks

Ctdoula,

This has pretty much the same answer as implantation spotting-it varies.

I would say 6DPO to 10 DPO, but somebody else might have a different answer. The thing I found most useful is to go look at the chart gallery on FF, and search for "implantation dip" then you'll get a great sense of the variations. It's much better than having a text book answer that might not fit you.

I'm trying to remember that my PMS symptoms and pg symptoms pretty much overlap. How annoying.

I implanted at 5DPO last time - I had a temp drop, and some very light spotting - just a tinge on the paper. I think it widely varies.

Alexis - Sorry AF showed, but at least you are out of limbo-land! Better luck next cycle.

BTW, ladies - there is some mighty graphic talk going on in Pre-O! You could learn a thing or two about baby-making...

I am 3DPO, I think...ugh. 9 more days till test-time. I am usually quite patient until 8-9 DPO, and then I get really . Hoping the Holidays will be a nice distraction!

OMG.. I got a tonight!!

I am in shock!

As for implantation spotting, I had light spotting on the 8th (about 6-7 days after I think I O'd).. cramped all week but no more blood.. no cramping in a few days now. I am soooooooo shocked still, and actually feeling a little scared.

Congratulations!!!!!

We always think everything will be great if we could just get pg and then it happens and new fears crop up. It's normal, but take care of yourself emotionally to keep it all in check. I wish you sticky vibes and a healthy pregnancy!!

***WARNING! Whine fest ahead!***
Tomorrow will be 7 dpo and I feel as if I am coming down with the flu - no, the real thing, so I think that blows any little chance I had with my 10-day LP. BUT more importantly, poor dd is having her birthday party tomorrow, which we had to gently postpone last week due to the big snow storm (poor thing was so upset). I just can't believe it. Please send me some get well wishes for dd's sake.

Do any of you ever HATE this TTC thing? I'm only in the 1st 2ww in over 2 years, and already I'm losing it. At first I really thought yes, I'm preg., now I'm sure I'm not. URGGGG :

This just remindes me how hard it was/is, and what a ROLLERCOASTER. YUCK. I could go on & on, but no one wants to hear me whine.

thanks for listening.

ctdoula, I hear ya! I am today. Temps dropped last night, Af is showing up soon. That makes this cycle a 7-day LP. 7 DAYS!!! Just two cycles ago it was 11 days. Last cycle 9 days. I just don't get it.

I had a low grade fever Friday into Saturday with a stomach bug. I can only assume that did me in this month. Could it be I was pg and then the bug interferred causing an early m/c? Dd has had nights of frequent nursing lately, too, which may have contributed. I just don't know. I am just so SICK of this!!! Dd is turning 3 this week and I am not even fertile yet!!!!! Where is the temper tantrum smilie?

Sorry this post is very self-centered. This is the only place I can go to let all of this out. Thanks for "listening"

What is the difference between PMS and signs of pregnancy? I'm reading many of your threads and you all seem very informed.
I feel like every symptom I can report can easily be explained by some logical reason or PMS!
I am 1 day late and I've tested 4 times already in 4 days. All negative. I'm having some serious back ache and minor breast fullness, funny cramping, and sleepiness.
This is my first 2WW after my son was born and I feel like I'm hyper aware of everything going on with my body.
I'm going so crazy. I don't know what I'd do without this forum to vent to and read about you yall going through the exact same thing.

Mel,

Yipeee! Spread some of that baby dust around!

Amy & coleslaw,

Whining is allowed apologizing for whining is frowned up.

Amy,

I think my first couple of 2ww waits were the worst. May this be your last one.

Coleslaw,

I haven't hear about bugs causing m/c, but damn there nasty enough on their own.

Cristeenybeany,

Please step into my rubber room, where we will obsess about our symptoms, and argue for their lack of signifigance. I am having a hard time this month with that, but for me I've had every symptom in the book and not been pregnant yet.

The first time I was pregnant, I didn't even notice though I had the classic symptoms (found out I was pregnant by m/c) and now I feel like those symptoms are coming back to haunt me. UGH!

I'm CD 27, 9 DPO

Edited to fix typos

Coleslaw...I have three seconds to repsond...(naked toddler running around)...I have heard that a virus at the wrong time CAN interfere with implantation and all....I KNOW it happened to me before. My husband has me all sorts of vitamins to keep the flu away this month because THIS IS OUR MONTH!!!! Sorry things have been so hard....when you are holding your new baby this will all be a distant memory....

I won't do it again! But on a positive note, I checked the FF chart gallery and some people had their temps drop below their coverline and still get pg. Maybe? Right now, I've lost all my obnoxiously positive attitude and there is no saving it, unless my temps pop back up.

To everyone going crazy waiting. Hang in there! I haven't lost my obnoxiously positively attitude about all of you though!

Keri - 7 day LP....i don't know about m/c, but have you had your progesterone tested? I *think* progesterone suppositories help w/short LP problems. I obviously don't know if this is the issue, but it's one idea. Oh, and my temp dropped nearly to coverline, and then way back up the next day when I found out I was preg w/dd... so there is still hope!!!!!!

christeenybeany - what kind of test are you using? When I got preg w/dd, I took several kinds of tests, then got a + with a First Response (even on the same day I got a - w/another type of test). It's not over 'till the ugly one rears her head.

gonnabeamom - I vow to never apologize again I think you have a better chance of this being the last 2ww than me HOpefully all those symptoms aren't for nothing.

My biggest symptom right now is the bid dipper on my face I look like a 15yr old who doesn't know about clearasil.

Not much new here...I am 5-6DPO. Getting nuts a few days early this month. I felt some funny cramps when I woke up this morning... made me a little crazy, I fear.

Keri - how're you doing? Is AF staying away? Don't feel bad about whining, that's why we are here!

ctdoula - Yes, I hate TTC now. I used to think it would be FUN to try to get pregnant. But after 8 months of actively charting/timing (and another 4 of "letting nature take its course" : ) I am getting a little fed up. It's not fun anymore. It's stressful. I don't know how much longer I can do this. I want a . I want a big belly. I want to labor and push my baby out. I never thought I'd STILL be messing around with OPKs and eggwhites. I feel your pain.

On a sunnier note, I do feel my baby is going to come to me soon... They are just taking their sweet old time.

I did use the First Response Test. I have one more left. I'm saving it for tomorrow morning, but it's killing me not to go use it now. Does anybody know some good websites to check out to entertain my thirst for knowledge for more information about pregnancy signs?

Cristeeny,

Try babyzone.com, or just google on pregnancy symptoms, or there are old topics in this forum and in i'm pregnant that include lots of minuatia and people's experiences.

Please does anyone know anything that will help with breast tenderness, they only hurt while I breathe.

Well, no AF yet, which is weird, but I'm sure she'll here soon. My temps went up a bit, but not as much as I would have liked. Maybe my body is just adjusting to having been sick.

gonnabeamom, Only when you breathe huh? Hmmm, that's only every other second. Toughen up soldier! :LOL J/K I have heard that calcium can help, but that's when it is a part of PMS. I don't know about if you are pg - which you are, of course!

christeenybeany, Good luck testing! And thanks for your response. I'm sorry it happened to you. We will see about me...

Lucysmama, you will be pg, you will be pg!!

ctdoula, Assuming I am out this month, I am going to look into seeing a specialist who will probably suggest progesterone. Thanks!

Hello, ladies! I am here, 2dpo, and in for the long haul. I think getting ready for the holidays and a trip to see my family will help to keep me occupied, but I am so hoping we hit the target this month!

Hope all is well with all of you!

So my temp is up.

CD 28, 10 DPO

The only remedy I can find for the sore boobs besides bath and bras is cabbage leaves applied topically. Off to the produce market I go.
