I would keep taking them until you are out of the 1st trimester. Just me though, but I don't really know much, seeing as how I have never been pregnant.

Vitex- IDK?
Maca- I'd wean off of it, although some Peruvian women take it through their whole pregnancy and through nursing.

I survived 16 mos! Ask me about breastfeeding a baby with posterior tongue tie, high palate, and weak oral motor skills- whew!

In 'Natural Pregnancy' Vitex is listed as one of the ingredients in a miscarriage prevention tea...so I'm thinking 'til the end of the 1st trimester as well...

Huh, my package of FertiliTea, which contains Vitex, says, "Important: Vitex is not generally recommended during pregnancy. As such, we recommend that you do not drink FertiliTea once pregnancy has been achieved."

Isn't it frustrating how much conflicting information there is on this stuff?!

I've gotten pg twice while on maca and vitex. Once I get a BFP, I stop the maca but continue the vitex through the first tri to decrease the chance of m/c.

There is no way to happiness, happiness is the way.
