I'm starting this thread so I can continue to stalk -er, participate. I want to see those BFPs, ladies :

Well, I don't know about everywhere else but here in Northern CA the weather is beautiful. Sunny, cool, and everything is in bloom. I love Spring, it's my favorite season. And can I just say? I am SO READY for warm weather (watch me eat my words come August).

My friend who lives in SLC told me the same thing. She's from Texas and hates the weather in Utah. Winter there lasts until May.

It's usually pretty nice this time of year. Last week it was in the 60's and 70's.. of course we were out of town spending time in the rain of the Pac NW.. so we missed all the nice weather.

I would totally prefer TX weather...

(eta: just not the TX rednecks and ranchers)

Hey, I'm here too!

Lindsay is right--let's see some BFPs! Incidentally, I saw a store called BFP next to the children's consignment store today--wonder what they do/sell there . . . .

I think maybe my first PP AF is making her appearance. Please oh please no! I so don't feel ready for it!

Lizzy, I didn't see the snow today, but brrrr, it was cold today after such a warm weekend.

thanks talula!

great to see so many pregnant vegans still on here so we can profit from your wisdom and experience. :

talula, I think I remember you knowing a lot about herbs. what all did you take before the bfp?

lizzy, it's mostly rainy here but way too cold for the season. I need it to be warmer now, too. I want to buy and wear cute t-shirts, not the shirt/sweater/training jacket/coat version I'm wearing now

cupcake, wow, that feels so fast.

Still in winter coat and boots here! Well below freezing this morning although it is suppose to warm up over the course of the day and be fairly warm tomorrow and Thursday.

We go from winter to summer in about 4 weeks flat here.

Still winter here too, although not below freezing. We have had a few teaser warm days so far. I keep joking with people that we haven't had our last snow storm yet, lol.

seems like talula is the only one who gets to actually soak in spring sun it has just started snowing outside

what other types of greens are there besides spinach? I keep reading about fancy stuff like dandelion greens but I've never seen anything like that in the stores.

oceane, kale is a very nutrious green, can you get that there? I've never seen dandelion leaves in the stores perse but they are in the "spring mix" salad greens that come bagged or in some other container.

It is fairly warm here today, I wore my spring coat this morning for the second time this year. However, we often do have one last snowfall in April.

VM said Kale, what about Chard, Mustard, Collard, Beet greens? The big leaves of the collard and mustard make great wrappers.

oh, woke up to a few inches of snow. They are still saying blizzard here tonight/tomorrow... eeeeee:

If it makes you feel any better, I've never had a White Christmas. I've never even seen snow fall from the sky, although I have been to Lake Tahoe once in the winter, and Illinois, but it didn't snow when I was there, either time (I am disappointed to note). Also, I am willing to bet when we come to late summer and I'm like a million months pregnant telling you how it's 105 here, you'll be sittin' pretty in the mid 80s.

It's going to be 72 today!

You may have a hard time finding greens like that where you are. Although a health food store might have a better selection, do you have one near you? Another option might be a produce delivery service.

Hey vegans! OK, if I didn't know better I would say that I was about to ovulate. wft? I don't know if its the maca, or just my turn to have an early o. But, I guess I shouldn't complain. We'll see I guess.

Hi Ladies!

I have to admit, I do lurk (and/or post) at least a couple times a week here to see how Oceane and Snowpea are doing! We love you two, and I'm sending lots of : to you and all the other ttcers here.

Our Spring is starting to do what it usually does here in the high desert. One day it's in the 70's and sunny, and then the next day we have some snow and a hard freeze that takes my apricots with it. It's my fault for knowingly purchasing an early blooming fruit tree, I'm a huge sucker for unusual varieties and heirloom stuff.

Anyway, although baby boy feels like he's already 9 lbs., my mws say that he is probably under 6 lbs. at this point, so they told me I should cook him a little longer (. I'm really hoping he comes in a week or so if he's ready, but who knows when he will get here. I'll keep you all informed!

Take care ladies! :

Catemom, I cannot believe you are 36 weeks already! it seems like yesterday you were having your thyroid issues!

LizzyQ, good luck with the move!

SnowPea, wouldn't it be great to O early for a change? Maca delayed mine, wierd.

Hi oceane!

babydust to everyone......

Thanks ladies! One of the girls on the 20's thread said that maca gave her like 3 weeks of ewcm before her o, so maybe that's what is happening. I would be happy to ovulate early, except that this week would seem too early to me. I always worry that the egg wouldn't be mature enough or my lining wouldn't be thickened enough yet. Plus I was really hoping for a "normal" cycle, whatever that means. I've been assuming that my normal is o on cd19. Still, i would be much happier with an early O than very late. Hope you are all having a great week so far! -Pea

thanks for the babydust and good wishes everyone!

catemom, I am so excited for you. I know it might still be a while but I can't help it have you decided on a name yet? you needn't post it here, this is a yes or no question. I love thinking names. being able to plant your own apricots sounds awesome!

veganmama, I hope everything is progressing smoothly.

snow~pea, : ok, do not o too early but not too late either

I got me a stainless steel water bottle today, just for you ladies mostly for myself of course. while doing so I fell in love with the travel mugs. which makes no sense since I don't drink coffee and never even pass a coffee/tea shop on my way to school or work. I still love them.

let's all enjoy a fertile weekend!

Welcome Hesparia!

My kids have Kleen Kanteens and SIGGs. The KK are better for milk (almond of course!) since the mouth is wider and thus easier to clean. But I ahve to admit I love the designs on the SIGGs.

23 weeks tomorrow. Up 12 lbs. All out in front. Huge belly but can still button low rider non-preggo jeans.
