I'm having a hard time finding the info I'm looking for online...
Last month (my first month charting), my LP was only 7 days long. I've read about taking vitamin b to help lengthen it, but I don't know which vitamin b or how much of it.
How does it work? Will it move my ovulation earlier or lengthen my cycles by adding more days after I ovulate? How many more days does it add on? If I start taking it this month (CD 1), will it work this month?
Also, is it safe while nursing?
