OK, here's a couple of pics of yesterday's faint line...the lighting was terrible...the line is almost imaginary in these pics but IRL there was no making it up...

http://www2.snapfish.com/slideshow/A...NAME=snapfish/

I tested again today with a First Response with the pink lines and it was definitely a BFN. I am 15dpo, but I am using prog cream so that is probably why no AF. I am not really sure what to do at this point...what do you think?

I can totally see the line in number 2, but I hate the blue dye test for the same reason your thinking. I still vote pregnant tho!!! I say keep testing til that line shows on a pink dye test mama.

Thanks for the new thread SoCali, and thanks for putting me in the 2ww too!!

I've been missing for a while since while nursing my chart has been so erratic and I still don't have AF, that it was too dissapointing to be in a TTC board when I wasn't really able to TTC. However, just over a week ago I weaned dd (she'll be 3 next month). : I tapered off to just nap nursing and then cut that out as well (since she only naps a few times a week anyways, I waited until she went a few days in a row with no nap and just didn't resume nursing her for her next nap).

ANyhow.... I'm all weaned up and my chart has been going up (will someone take a look and tell me what they think?! ), and wondering where I should go from here. Still no AF, not nursing...which thread should I be in? What is "The One" thread? I figured I should leave this one since I'm not nursing anymore.

Thanks gals! I've really enjoyed my short time with you all! Sending baby dust your way!

Holly, I also see both lines on both tests!!! Congrats mama!

I think I ovulated early this cycle! And by that I mean on CD21 and NOT on CD35 like last cycle. lol!! I was very obviously fertile and hope that means it was a good strong eggie that was launched. DH and I BD day before and day of O. I'm going to wait til I am obviously 3dpo before having me moved, because I have been known to have fake outs sometimes.

I have a requisition for blood work this cycle to check on my progesterone levels so I will be doing that. Although a friend in the states mailed me some prog cream and I think I'm just going to use it.

Babydust to all!

Holly - Congrats! I definitely see a line in both photos!!

Hopeful2009 - I have to agree, it does look like you are 13DPO... and it looks promising!

I'm in a much better mood today, after I don't know how many false starts for O'ing, seems to be gearing up then not happening, I think I might O tomorrow based on all my symptoms. Yay! That would make me really happy! I'm on CD 25 which is a bit of a drag, BUT I'd rather have a few false starts in one cycle then to keep annovulating in multiple cycles.
DS2 has increased his nursing again though which I really can't help but I'm trying to not stress about that.

DH and I - totally winging life with our four children, DS1 (6.5yrs), DS2 (5yrs), DD (3yrs) and DS3 (1)!

Subbing!

3dpo today, and I have very confident feelings about this cycle! I just feel very peaceful, like I already know I am preggo!

Oh, my test day is the 12th and I am hoping for a BFP for my bday on the 24th!

Mama to a sweet baby boy (01/18/08), wife to a sweet and loving husband, blogger:, swimmer:, reader of all things and future IBCLC. Waiting zenfully for my spirit baby to return!

Thanks gals. it looked good to me too, but after all teh false hopes while nursing I didn't want to "Read" into it. But I don't think there is any hope of pg. I guess it doesn't publish bd info to outsiders, but it was 11 days prior to Fertility Friends O date that we last bd'd before possible O'ing. I know swimmers can last a while (two other pg's of mine came form thinking 5 days before O would keep us in the clear), but 11 days, no way. I will say though, I had 2 days of major cramps around the O date and i thought for sure AF was coming. Guess it was just ovulation. Either way I'm stopked because hopefully that means AF will come this week. There would be a starting point!!

ok, dh and I have an oportunity to go to a big confrence thing that changes peoples lives and marriages. Its not a marriage confrence, and we wouldn't even be sleeping in the same room. But its this awesome thing and its July 13. BUT you can NOT bring your children. We do need it, I yell too much @ Valley (who will be 22m @ the time) and this helps with that amongst a million other issues that we have going on. They're not pressing, but they're not good. But leaving my daughter for five days and three nights?! I'd still get to nurse her 3x a day my mom would bring her to me. And she'd sleep at my house with Valley too. But do you think it will be ok? Would your little one be able to handle it?! I'm worried, but I also know this is a big chance I'd be giving up. But Valley and I are NEVER apart. Like the most was this one day I left for 5 hours to go garage sale-ing. I missed her lots and she was really missing me by the end of those hours. I don't want to hear that its bad for me to miss my daughter, or that it'll be good for us to be apart. Because I do not believe that is true at her age. I just need to know if you mama's think I should go and if it will be ok...would you do it?!

Hopeful, I hope you get things figured out mama!!

Danielle, I have no advice, just wanted you to know I was thinking of you.

So I had pink spotting last night, thought it was implantation spotting for sure, and then woke this morning too (TMI ahead) tons of clotting, dark brown around 6am, and nothing since then (there was a lot of it tho) but I am super crampy now and just blah. So I do think I O'd 10 days ago and now seems like FPPAF for me

can you please move me again waiting to O

Ugh! My temp is still up, but I don't know what to think. in the past it'd start going down just before AF came. And I didn't bd any where NEAR FF's O date.

Do any of you think it's possible that I O'd 5 days prior to FF's dating? Like I had a slow rise or fall back? If so, then I'd test (It still would have been 5 days after bd'ing, but we got pg 2 other times 5 days out).

Thanks!

Holly - those BFP's look exactly like the ones I got when pg with DD. I was 12DPO. I then took a pink dye one and it was more of a solid looking line, but still faint. :

Well I'm waiting to O. My LP was only 7 days long last cycle. After months of a 12 - 14 day LP. What's with that?! DD has been nursing heaps more as she's been unwell (winter over here now...). I wonder if that can affect it?

Hey Mamas... I'm still here lurking occassionally. We are TTC cycle #3. F is still nursing a bunch (19 mo) and I have a feeling TTC will take some time this time... so I'm not trying to get too wound up each cycle just to be let down. I'm charting and I've been taking Vitex since January. Anyone know how long it's safe to take? I've backed down to one capsule a day.

Anyhow... thinking of you all and here's to some new news soon!!

Holly, I can totally see those positive lines!!!

-zak- Mama to three fantastic sons - 2005, 2007 & 2010 and expecting a daughter February 2012!

I caved, too- BFN- 10dpo. My "excuse" is that I'm going to a "practice orientation" tonight for a midwife practice that does VBACs here. I guess I wanted to know, if it was possible to know, whether I'm preggo or not when I talk to the midwives. Whatever, I just wanted to POAS, I guess!
I'm also going away this weekend- I think I'll just pack supplies in case AF shows, and if not, test again when I get home (that will be 15 dpo!)
Sigh. I got a BFN the first time I tested with my DS, too, so I'm trying not to be discouraged...

LisamommyRN and SoCaliMommy - sorry for your bfn's, but there is still hope!!

JorgieGirl - congrats on O'ing!

Hopeful - goodluck - IDK what to think but I guess you'll find out one way or the other soon enough...

Danielle - that is a toughy - I think in that situation I might go ahead and go to the conference but then again, my DS is a little more used to be apart since I have worked part time a little bit here and there, and he has been to the babysitter. And he always does better if I leave him with family members than with a sitter... Would it be possible to go sleep at home with DD? I mean it must be close enough to home if your mom can bring her to nurse 3x/day? If you would only be sleeping at the hotel anyway, going home to sleep with DD might really help you both stay connected...

AFM- I give up on being pregnant! I am now 17dpo and got another BFN this AM. AF is trying to get started so I am just going to quit the prog cream and let it. I guess it must have been chemical, or a false pos... Ah well, having a baby in Feb in Minnesota is not such a good idea anyway... Move me back to waiting to O, please.
