I used the Equate blue dye l l test (compare it to FRER) 3 days in a row now. First was neg, 2nd had a bold blue evap line, but this morning there was a faint line in the time frame of 10 minutes. Now I'm going a touch crazy because of all the info I've read about the blue dye being bad.

Any input will help. Also have a cheap dollar stoe test for tomorrow morning, has pink dye.

Thanks!

I like the dollar store tests. A lot. I've never had an issue with them.

Most people are anti blue line tests because of their tendency for evap lines. I've never used them as they don't seem to be available in my town.

I used 2 equates last month because my local dollar trees were all out of tests. 1 had a blue line come up right away but then disappeared. Next one had an evap line. Went out and got some FREs and those were white as snow negative. :

I'm not sure how common this is with the blue dye tests, but I'll never bother with them again, that's for sure. I'll stick with my DT cheapies, I have yet to have any issues with them

I was caught off guard this cycle and just snagged what I could. I feel that it is neg but one never knows. I do plan to stay far away from these from here on out. I've used, and love, the Dollar Store ones.

I hate when a test messes with my head more then what I can. LOL

I have used this test only twice. Once last month, BFN with no evap. The first time was with DS2, I tested BFP at 9 dpo, faint but in the time limit and obviously I was PG. Good luck to you! Keep us posted!
