Since dealing with the spotting on cycle day 12-13 as I posted in my other thread I have started to wonder if perhaps the vitex could be causing breakthrough bleeding. I started taking it about half way through January. I am breastfeeding and thought perhaps it would help with returning fertility.
In the past my cycles always return to regular on their own so I haven't needed it for that and not sure I would now either.

I am just wondering if the vitex could be causing the breakthrough bleeding and perhaps I don't need it.
Anyone have any issues with vitex similar to this??
