Blah. So yesterday (appx 7 dpo) I have achy BB, bloating with all kinds of lower ab twinges, an odd left side lower back pain, and just felt pregnant. Today, no twinges, BB feel close to normal, tummy flat and not bloaty, and I feel totally not pregnant. Could hardly move yesterday as I was so tired, but was able to go run with DD2 this morning.

Oh the heads games make me batty.

Vent over. Thanks for listening.

Thanks SoCaliMommy! I guess I'm technically there, but it's taking forever. I normally have 16-17 day LPs, but now I'm already on CD36. I guess that nursing is just screwing everything around....

I'm so confused by my cycle! First I thought it was going to be anovulatory, then I thought I ovulated this weekend, then this morning my cervix was high and open with tons of ewcm??? So we BD this morning to make sure we covered our bases! If I am ovulating now, that means my LP will be about 10-12 days, so hopefully that's long enough. Guess we'll find out soon enough.

Evie's Mama~ If you did O today, that shouldn't shorten your LP, that # should stay around the same length no matter what cycle day you O.

Hello!

I am new here and just wanted to say hi to everyone.
My son is 15 months tomorrow and we are still nursing twice a day.
We have been TTC since June, but to no avail.
I know it is not a long time, but it is still frustrating.

I am looking forward to getting to know you ladies.

Now I'm really, really confused! CD 37 and I've got EWCM all over the place. It seemed like it the last couple of days too However, my cervix seems pretty low and hard.

We DTD on Monday, so if it is O, then maybe there's a chance... I'm just sooo confused by my body. This is the first cycle PP that I've been actually paying attention to CM, etc. Otherwise, my cycles have been variable in length with the longest at 45 days. Before DD I was super regular, so this is really weirding me out

Any insight?

cloverspatch~ Where do you want to be put on the list?

jen&james~ Welcome Back, i put you under waiting to catch 1st pp egg.

evobaby~ Are you charting temps? If not that would probably help figure things out.

TopHat~ I thought LP length was to stay pretty stable like if someones usual LP is 13 it'd stay 13. Not suddenly get shorter in length.

Sometimes I'll get ewcm right before my period for no apparent reason. Maybe that's it??? It's hard to tell with the first ppaf, it can be all wonky.

Well, I'm convinced now that it was O. I calculated where it should be for a 45ish day cycle, and it was right around that time. We BDed last night, so FX for good swimmers!

Can I join? We just started TTC #2.. DS is 12 mo and still nursing around the clock.. I have not gotten AF yet, so we are just kind of hoping for the best, but not trying too hard..

Though, last week I started to get lower abdominal cramps, and a few days later extremely sore/sensitive nipples. And a sharp pain on my right side Sunday (same day as nipple soreness)... I did have an increase in CM as well.. not sure if it was egg-white though. So I'm :: that I O'ed Sunday! We DTD Friday, Saturday, and Sunday..

I have been very tired/bloated feeling the last few days as well... So I don't know where you want to put me, I guess I am waiting to take a HPT, planning on doing so next Sunday, the 20th!

Catie belly.gif- Happy wife to Aaron stillheart.gif(01.05), mama to Liambikenew.gif(08.08), and Ian jammin.gif (11.10)! homebirth.jpgnocirc.giffamilybed1.gif and joy.gif due Feb 2013 with blessing #3!

Saying hi to this group and I would like to join! I will do my siggy when I have time. My name is Brandi and I am still BF DD, Cadi, who is 18 months old now. I work full time, no pumping this school year and DD sleeps almost through the night. So we just have a small few times a day- maybe 3-4 of BF. She loves the boobie. I have been charting since June and have short LPs and long cycles. Got PPAF back in April and I am on cycle #4. Using a CBEFM and taking B6, Super B Complex, took Soy Isoflovanes on CD 5-9, and Progesterone Cream since O. I am in my 2WW!!!

Hi Ladies. I'm on CD 18 with no sign of O in sight. Last month it was CD22, but with the mastitis this month I bet it'll push out even farther. Ever have those months when you're not really "into it"? Not so much the TTC part but the charting and obsessing and all that? I kind of just want to not even bother keeping track.

Anyway, Fall is here up in Maine. Woke up to 50 degrees (in the house, LOL) and the smell of wood burning stoves. The leaves are already falling (into our yard of course).
Summer FLEW by this year.

Hi ladies!

It's been eons since I've frequented MDC. Here's my history and situation. Please feel free to direct me elsewhere .

I'm 30 and have a 24 month old DS. He is still nursing several times a day, including at least once at night. I am currently TTC #2, and to be honest, I'm worried that have no idea what I'm doing. We conceived #1 on the very first try, but this time it is proving to be trickier. This is my fourth cycle since we decided to TTC and since it hasn't happened despite using a OPK I thought I'd ask a few questions here.

Mainly:
My cycles are very very regular, I haven't been on BCPs for over a decade. But DS is still nursing quite a bit. Can I trust that I am in fact ovulating if the tests indicate positive for LH? I will of course start charting CM and temping if necessary, but with a very high needs toddler I want to keep it as simple as possible. Am I just being impatient, or do I need to do more than rely on the OPKs?

Any advice and wisdom would be greatly appreciated!
TIA!!

Living simply with the loves of my life! :::

I am feeling this is a BFN month. I have had 2x 30 day cycles and DD2 is 22 months. We BD daily on CDs 13-18, but I wasnt able to temp, so not sure bout O. Anyway, I am on CD 27 now and BFN's daily. I don't feel very pregnant.

Also, I quit work 2 weeks ago and also got mastitis the same time which equates to: DD going from being night weaned and then nursing morning, evening and bedtime only, to nursing all night to help clear mastitis, as well as alllll day every day since she can. I am a bit worried that if we didn't catch it this month, then it will be more difficult moving forward due to the excessive nursing.

We are going to work more on nightweaning again, and dailing back during the day some.

Fingers crossed,

I'm really struggling with my 2ww this time. We were travelling in Europe for 3 weeks in August, and I assumed I just missed when I ovulated while we were away. However, I think that the travelling and jet lag delayed my cycle, and I'm 99% certain that I ovulated last Thursday or Friday. We dtd Monday and Thursday so there's certainly a chance. Argh, I was all ready to wait until AF showed and then try next cycle, so now I'm unexpectedly in the 2ww and it's killing me. I'm not sure why, it's totally fine to get a BFN at this point since DD would only be about 22 months at the EDD. I tested pos with her at 10DPO, so I'm trying to hold out till then. Any tips for distraction?

DD 7/18/08, and a new one on the way! ETA 6/4/10
