Please Move me to waiting to O

Don't want to start September off on a bad foot, but my period started 2 hours before it became September here. So Sept 1 will be CD 1. How neat and tidy!

10 day luteal phase in August month, 14 days in July. I love how it keeps me guessing.

Still waiting to O here. Last night would have probably been a good night to DTD, but DD (whose bedtime is usually sometime between 9 and 10, it's not set in stone though) simply would NOT go to sleep until 11:30, although I tried all my tricks By that time, I fell asleep trying to put her to sleep before she did! Sigh....Oh well, tonight is another night! Good luck everybody.

Thanks for the new thread, SoCali, and early Happy Birthday!

We will be in the Bahamas for labor day weekend. We have a wedding to go to that Saturday and then we're stopping in FL to visit my dad for the rest of the week. He's right on the ocean and has a pool that overlooks the beach so its my total get-away and I'm looking forward to de-stressing.

I'm at 7dpo. My temp took a dive yesterday and I was hoping for a spike today but no luck, although I may have taken it a little earlier than I have been, but I'm not sure since I was so sleepy.

TopHat - sorry about AF and the unpredictable LP. I can't remember, have you had your cycles back for a while or are you still in the first few/regulating phase?

Xekomaya.
This month marks a year since my first postpartum cycle. I didn't ovulate until last March, though. This will be my 6th cycle that includes ovulation- so I guess I'm still regulating.

Happy September everyone!

I'm hoping I'm going to O in the next couple of days!!! I'm taking OPKs and it was really light yesterday. I've just started learning how to check my cervix and it is high, pointing down, and starting to be a little more open...so here's hoping! I'm taking pics of my OPKs so I will post the progression of them over the week if they keep getting darker.

For Labor Day we're going to be at a family reunion. Saturday I have my best friends wedding to attend, so I'm really hoping I O before those events! We're DTD every night this week to make sure we have our bases covered!

Happy Sept! We have decided to stop charting and just BD at least every other day from about CD 12-23 of my 30 day cycle. Not very official, but charting and obsessing is making me nutty so for this month and next month we are just gonna get busy a lot and hope we catch an egg. Right now I am on CD 16 and we did it yesterday and DH is convinced tonight too. (He is so very thrilled with this "do it all the time" plan, lol). Today I have a ton of EWCM when I wiped, so the next few days may be looking good. Fingers crossed!

Still in the TWW here. On 10 dpo today, and soooo anxious! I am going shopping when dd wakes up, just to keep my mind off things. My chart looks great, and signs galore, but still a BFN as of this morning(and this afternoon). I think I had an implantation dip on 8 dpo, so hoping and:: it just needs time to build up.

I'm on CD4. How boring. And I have some sort of seasonal allergies? Puffy, itchy eyes. Yikes. I am temping this month, and my temp was down 1 full degree this morning, LOL. Probably because I woke up freezing. It's so hard when I'm still nursing a few times a night. It's getting cold already here, summer is over.

Good luck everyone.

Well I think it's time for me to find a different TTC thread. DS2 hasn't nursed in over a week. I can see it still crosses his mind now and then but he hasn't really asked either.
Good luck to all of you

Now to mosey on over to find where else I could belong.

Ahww mama, I'm sorry. I don't think you have to leave tho (right?) I'm sorry, that makes me sad. I keep wondering if Bodie wants to stop, it's very infrequent and short when he does (except when he's tired) Hugs to you!

:

My temp was back up the degree today but probably because I took it at 7am and was up from 4am-6am because my 13 month old was nursing and fussing and squaking. He's teething. I think I need a nap today.

I'm frustrated. I'm on CD14 and thought I was starting to show signs of Oing soon, but then today my cervix went from high back to medium and my cm went from watery to creamy. I hope I'm not having an anovulatory cycle this month. That would not be fun after not ttc the last two cycles when I know I o'ed. grrrr.

Just started charting a few days before I O'd this month. Nice to see the expected dip & rise - just confirmation that my body is doing what it's supposed to.

I decided to make a concerted effort to get DD down to 2x/a day nursing - morning & night. She'll go down for a nap just fine for DH (i.e. no nursing), so I think that one will be fairly easy. The afternoon nurse will be the tough one - she's tired, I'm sometimes just coming home from work...need to find an alternative way to snuggle with her without the insistent "Dzi-dzi! Dzi-dzi!" (her word for nursing?!?!).

I figure, either way, it's time. If I didn't get pg this cycle, hopefully dropping a couple of sessions will help out my borderline luteal phase. If I am pregnant, it's just preparation for losing milk eventually....

I'm curious - how many times a day does your LO nurse?

TopHap -Yeah that is a while, but you can clearly see how your body is progressing - It's kind of amazing how the breastfeeding hormones affect everyone differently.

Little grey mare - What a big milestone mama! . We'll miss you. I'm sure we'll see you aorund the board, and hopefully on to the DDC's in not too long.

slgt - Over 12x a day probably. He's a snacker. He has food allergies so I won't cut him down since there is no replacement milk. Obviously, I do not have a model leutal phase :-p

AFM - Ladies! I think AF is here! @ 8dpo! That means 7 day LP - boooo! The worst part is I really felt like we got it this month, but I guess we'll never know.

Happy September mamas! Good luck to all the 2wwer's!

slgt I've never counted but it is ALOT, really. My LP is ok though I think, at 13. I had thought about night weaning but with traveling to Japan in September and starting part-time playschool in November (we are risking burning grandma out right now ) I think the night nursing is important.

AFM: CD 20 and happily awaiting AF so I can get off the waiting to be ready list. I'm ready dammit!

Thanks.. I guess it's possible. **** just super light with no cramps, but the way my temps tanked the days before, I'm not feeling very confident. I guess if nothing else happens or it stops, I"ll test in a couple days.

I think I'm on CD6 and I woke up this morning, with the worst breast pain in one breast that I think I've ever had. Not sore nipple pain but hot, achey all over. Mastitis? I've been nursing for 35 months straight and have never had a problem, nothing at all. Ouch.

I didn't even temp this morning because I feel so sick. Blah.
