Hi Everyone!

I had a chemical pregnancy 2 months ago and have since discovered that my progesterone is low. So, my midwife prescribed vaginal progesterone suppositories. They are not the progesterone in the little bullet/gel suspension but are actually the powder progesterone in a capsule. Doing it this way allows for a lower dose (and not so messy as the gel suppositories). BUT, I am having some issues with them dissolving all the way. Like this morning, half of the capsule came out after I went potty and this happened several times last month too. I am trying to wait until Monday to call my midwife and I can't find any tips on how to get them to dissolve better. The one thing that my midwife did tell me to do is wet them before inserting to help them dissolve better.... not working so well.

Has anyone done this? Any tips for me?

I don't know about the capsules, but I wanted to send a . I'm going through this too, but using the suppositories. I use them at night so the mess isn't a problem. Have you considered switching to those? Also, are you temping to see if they are helping?

Also sending a hug because I've never been in your situation, but Clomid did help my LP, if you want to try something different.
