Shucks! I'm out again...
temp is WAY WAY down this Am. no period yet but I'm all of a sudden in a better mood which leads me to believe that my hormones are chilling out aka the flow will be starting soon.

better luck next month, maybe by then I'll have finally gotten the ball rolling on seeing the doctor and have some info or at least an appointment w/ a specialist.

Good luck to all you mamas... I'm still learning all your names and stories : )

Lapis - sorry to hear you think AF is on her way... . Maybe she's not, though??? !

enigo - so glad you had an earlier O, and even more happy about your great timing!

AFM - YYYM please move me to graduates! I got my BFP this morning, at 10dpo (on a digi, no less!). I'm ecstatic, and terrified, and giddy, and nervous all at once. But for now, today, I am pregnant. Because the digi (and my freakish temps) say so. !!! STICK, BABY!!!

Thanks you guys!!!!

As for my lovely wife, I FEEL SO BAD!!! I really didn't expect a digi to be positive at 10dpo! I just feeling the burning need to test, and it was all I had! She had already left for work, and it just doesn't feel right emailing or calling with such big news, so I'm waiting till I get home.

But yes, she is going to (cautiously) freak right the hell out. It REALLY helps that she'll be able to see it in words instead of starting at lines.

Lyndzies, YAYAYAYAYAYAY!!!!!!! with temps like those, how could you NOT be knocked up? I'm so psyched for you and your DW!!!!!!

enigo, grab that egg and run with it, girl!!!!! So glad you got it in before MIL interfered. and you made me giggle with you "sex every day" comment. lol...

JustKiya, thanks for popping out of hiding to send me luck! And thanks for all the good wishes from all of you fabulous ladies! Check out my surgery update thread for details, if you don't mind...I'm a little wiped. I'll let you ladies know more when I'm feeling a little better. But I honestly and lying here feeling like a huge load is off. I think I'm going to feel so much better physically after I heal. I think this cyst was really effing me up in so many ways. Even though we have to wait about 2 months before the next ovulation we're allowed to catch, I feel so hopeful and positive about getting my energy back and getting in shape. I mean, like my pre-m/c energy back. I think this has been around since then, honestly. It probably explains all my wonky post-m/c cycles in the last year. Anyway, I'm rambling. I think it's time for a nap. Love you ladies!!! And Lyndzies, one more woohooooooooo for you!!!

Lyndzies! OMG I can't believe you got a digital BFP at 10DPO!!! That is crazy awesome!!!! I am so happy for you!!!!!!!!!!

Tear I have not read the surgery update you posted.... but I will!!! I just wanted to say that I am so happy to hear you are looking at the next cycle so positively. I really think that resolving this cyst issue will help you, it had to be affecting your hormones, which affects EVERY other part of your life- mentally, physically, etc. and dust to you as you

Enigo- YES, I totally know what you mean about Oing earlier then normal being AMAZING!!!! Trust me, from a girl who o'd regularly on CD 30 or later. Oing earlier is awesome!

AFM- three more weeks! baby is measuring about 6 lbs 4 oz. Still having a HORRID time with baby names. MIL got her plane tickets to be here for the birth although I asked her repeadetly to come about 10 days after the due date she is coming three days earlier and staying in our house for 28 days. Yay. Right now I am just getting super excited and nervous about giving birth for the first time. It's scary! I am worried about needing an epidural although I do not want one. Everyone whom I have talked to IRL has told me I am crazy for even THINKING of doing it naturally. I feel like I should have taken a class or something but they do not offer that here in English.

Thanks you all so so so much. I am beyond ecstatic. I wish nothing more than for all of you to come join the DDCs, and SOON!

And, I have good news that my OBGYN office was able to fit me in tomorrow at 10:30 for a blood draw (I told them that the OB I saw when I had my chemical in July said to call for a progesterone check as soon as I got a + HPT next time). I'm nervous, but looking forward to having bloodwork to confirm everything... and to know what my progesterone is... although I guess I shouldn't be too worried, considering my temps. Right??

Lauren - You are so close! Eeeeee!

lapis - sorry about AF, dear. Next cycle is your turn!!

Tear - As I said in the other thread, I'm so glad it went well. Hoping that this was just the thing that needed to happen before you conceive your little one. xoxo

Now OPKs are waay neg. Man I hope we caught it this cycle. I just want to relax and get my TTW obsession on. It's just hard to believe that I Oed today. I usually don't start taking OPK's until later in my cycle, but the appearance of EWCM on CD 9 made me do it.
Another thing that was weird is that the OPK was flaming pos for such a short time. Usually I have a + OPK for a couple days. I hope it was enough to spit out a good egg.
Sorry I seem to be rambling...

LYNDZIES! CONGRATS!!!! when's your due date? oh my gosh, this is so exciting!!! i'm so thrilled for you. i KNEW it, too, and when i saw your other thread this morning and clicked on the pic i nearly SCREAMED. i was looking from my phone and it was 5 minutes before a friend and her son came to visit, so i was like "AAAH HOW COULD I LOOK AT THIS WITHOUT GIVING MYSELF A CHANCE TO RESPOND?" so exciting! i am honored and thrilled to be the one to move you to recent BFPs. you're my 3rd BFP since i started hosting the thread last month, and this is AWESOME. keep it coming ladies! have you all made a BSL grads thread in "i'm pregnant" for us to aspire to yet?? do it quick before lauren has to start a BSL grads thread in "life with a babe"!

enigo, you probably got it! you probably just had a shorter surge or just caught the end of it. for you!

tear, so glad things went well and that you are all clear without those other worries behind you. enjoy the next 6 weeks and relax as much as you can - i'm sure the time without the stress of TTC *or* the surgery will do you well.

lapis, sorry to hear AF came. but welcome to you, and thanks for joining our thread! i hope we can provide you the support you need to vent out the bitter - and how funny that you thought we were all about bad sushi! i hope that if you do get the ball rolling on a specialist that you find someone awesome who can really help you in a kind and professional way.

simplyrochelle, i don't think i ever said hi to you properly either, so hi and welcome! i feel like i know you. not to be creepy, lol. but in 2007/2008 a real-life friend of mine was really active on the TTC and infertility boards and so when i would come check on her i would see posts from you. so i recognized your name and i remember your update after m/c. thanks for joining us!

nanette, glad you have such an awesome team behind you! and i wholly recommend acupuncture. studies have shown that AP combined with fertility treatments give a higher rate of pregnancy than fertility treatments alone so hey, worth a shot, right? or a stab, rather?

lauren, you can TOTALLY do it naturally. read the birth stories on here, and post in the forums to see if anyone in germany has found anyone awesome who's natural birth supportive. even if you can't take a class, do they have doulas there? a book that helped me a LOT was "active birth" by janet balaskas. a supportive birth team is important too. it is not crazy to go without epidurals. how does anyone think the human race even SURVIVED this long?? if you have a supportive birth team, that can make a huge difference.

ooh, did i miss anyone? probably. i'm sorry ladies, i'm always so rushed on the computer.

afm, is FF shrooming or something? wtf is up with my O date?? CD10?! i'm not bothered by it as it's obviously wrong, but even on research it says i'm quite a few dpo. i can sort of see temps making a case for CD12, but i think the earliest might have been yesterday, and earlier than that just makes no sense at all. silly FF. okay i took out the OPKs and now it says CD12, which at least makes sense w/temps unlike CD10, but doesn't take CM or CP into account. la dee da.

i'm reeeeally hoping i O'd yesterday, but i haven't been keeping up with OPKs. i had a dark line sunday but definitely negative, didn't test monday, and got very faint second lines tues and wed, and didn't test today. i'm feeling positive about this cycle which usually always ends up as a kick in the teeth, but you know, i should enjoy it while i can. this baby is GOING to happen. i have no control over when, so i just want to have fun as much as i can. and i'm trying not to stress over my O date. i reeeeally hope it was yesterday. CD15 would be UNHEARD OF for me - i mean i've had a few CD33 O's, and it's typically 22-25, so this would be amazing even if i don't get pregnant. if i do get pregnant i'll be due less than 2 weeks after my bday. what a nice gift that would be!!!

okay, gotta jet. sorry if i missed anyone. to all of you!!!

My EDD is 10/4/10. Thank you so much for the congrats, YYYM, and I'm thrilled to have you moving me, too. I know you will be right behind, joining the other BSL grads.

OMG w/ what you said about FF shrooming. . Anyway, I'm not sure about your O date. Except that if you really hope it was yesterday, so do I. Lol.

Early O= Good thing! Yay!!! It's your turn for that BFP now, man! You've waited long enough

Did I tell you girls I have another baby shower to go to on Sunday? . : will be here in all her glory on Saturday. *SIGH* This is getting OLD. But I feel like I have to go. She's a very good mama to her 3 y/o and very very crunchy. Then again, she also got pregnant the first month they attempted it ("just like last time" she tells me) Oy. Add that to the fact I told her I would run a 10k with her back in October (she was 5 months along at the time) to keep her company because she was so "slow", and she kicked my a#$. How annoying is that? I will attempt to enjoy myself though.

Thanks!!! It goes WAY too fast!!! Our names are narrowed down to
1. Adelynn Ruby (after my mom lynn and the German name Adeline/Adelaide)
2. Anneliese Ruby (after my DH's grandma anne and my grandma Ruby)
3. Anneliese Lynn (after Dh's gma Anne and My mom, lynn)
4. Elisabeth Ruby/Elizabeth Ruby (German's spell it with an S but it looks odd to me)

Which to choose!?!? none?? Other suggestions?! DH loves trendy names, ala Addison and I am not a fan bc to me it sounds masculine and WAY too trendy... so I think Adelynn might be a good compromise bc it's like addison but more feminine, based on a German name, plus it honors my mom, Lynn but I worry that it's TOO trendy with the lynn spelling... baby names suuuuuuuuuuuuuck.... not as bad as waiting to O though.

lauren, i suggest having a short list (just like that one) and deciding once you see and hold her. we didn't want to commit to our daughter's name but had one we both liked best. once we actually had her, it worked, and we went with it! if you want opinions, though, #3 is my fav, followed by #2 and #1. i like #4 and all, but i LOVE the other three and think they sound prettier. i know elizabeths and elisabeths and i think elisabeth looks pretty, but i like the letter Z and would probably choose it based on that alone lol.

I am pretty sure DH is going to strangle me if I don't start soon. Every little thing is getting on my last nerve. He didn't rinse out the strainer after he made pasta and I nagged to myself at the sink watching it. He is playing guitar and singing right now though and it's hard to be mad at him when he's singing love songs he wrote for me haha.

I *just* don't believe I Oed already...we will see. I am still taking OPKs just in case. After my first mc, I had a few really long cycles where I would gear up to O and then...not for some reason.
At least I'm charting now so I can get the final word in a few days.

Me jammin.gif DH  REPlaySkateboard04HL.gifDS 06/06 superhero.gif ...MC 2/9 11/9 5/10

nah, i don't mind. she used to be more active then too, but now i think she just does the occasional pop in to the IF forum. i think she's maybe on a TTC break. anyway, it's ladylaura.

Sigh. I wish there was more of a story worth telling. It was definitely cute, I can at least say that. Tomorrow is garbage day and we usually empty the kitty litter the night before garbage day...

So I go up to her and say "I know you just took all that trash out, but do you think maybe you could do the kitty litter this week, too?" And she was all annoyed for a second like, "why? It's your turn!" And I pulled the + digi out of my pocket and showed her why. Lol.

But she's not nearly as excited as I had hoped. I think she's just really guarded after the early loss in July. She's worried maybe the test is defective (gimme a break!) or that something will "happen" again (I reminded her that w/ the early loss, I NEVER was able to get a + digi!).

Anyway, she said she'd be happier and more excited when the OB proclaims me pregnant, and I'm going tomorrow... so I'm hoping for a pee test in addition to the blood draw so I don't have to wait for blood results for her to believe I'm actually pregnant. Lol.

It's all good though, as I said in another thread, the excitement of you ladies about my news has been enough to keep me on my high!

Part hippie-chick, part type-A career woman, all mama. Enjoying life as a wife to my partner of 11 years, and a mama to our smarty-pants toddler, Cadence.

I KNEW IT! I KNEW I WAS A BAD THREADMISTRESS! I KNEW I FORGOT TO WELCOME/ADD AT LEAST ONE NEWBIE. when i said hi to lapis and simplyrochelle, i KNEW there was one or two newbies that i was missing, but i couldn't figure out who!

so i just wanted to say HELLO to rochelleann and luvmywestie! i hope your stays here are short, and i will add you to the front page.

edit: jeez, i also learned that aidenraynesmama is preggo so i added her to BFPs as well.

edit2: AAAAAAAAND lyndzies i'm sorry about her anti-climactic reaction, but i can understand being guarded. heck, my hubs has no excuse to feel that way, but i guarantee you he won't be jumping up and down the way you ladies would be when (ha! i wrote IF) i get pregnant. not at first, at least! once that OB gives you the thumbs up, do something really cool to celebrate and take pictures for your baby book!!!
