Yay Lyndzies!!!! Good luck!!!

I am pretty stupid to look at my tests after 10 minutes The fmu has a line, and the smu has a stronger line , why couldn't it have come up sooner?? I'm still gonna test tomorrow.

Well, off to work on my costume, I'll post pics soon, I have been throwing my frustrations into sewing this costume to wear for my performance on the 23rd where I will (finally) be dedicating it to the pregnancies that I lost last year. It is ivory and silver with pearls and cameos, very pretty. I think I will probably cry while I am performing, I do almost every time I practice If the video turns out good I'll post it if anyone is interested!!

Beloved - I would LOVE to see a vid of your performance! Your costume sounds lovely.

Mae - I figured you'd probably force me, if I do get knocked up this cycle.

AFM - I'm all shot up w/ baby juice; now we wait. Wait for my temp to rise, wait for EWCM to dry up. Wait for a sperm to meet up w/ my egg and make itself cozy for 8 1/2 months. Tick tock, tick tock.

Strange thing after insem. I'm still having O-type pains, but now I've also got some cramping. FX that it's the spermies making their journey to where they need to be.

Yeah this!! I had cramping and O pains after my last donation we'll see if that made any difference.

Beloved- Lots of hugs for you I hope all those dumb BFP's are wrong. Are you feeling better? I sort of had one day of light congestion then the sore throat is gone and I just have a little bit of lingering ick.
I'd love to see the video, the last one you posted was really cool!

enigo - I'm glad you've got a good cycle down, that's a good sign to have that normal one to make sure everything is good.

Nanette - Gonna say the same thing as Mae!

Everyone else

AFM - Still with the nausea! Not all the time, just little delicate waves of it. Tired, yes. Weird sickness, yes. Dizziness today, yes! I guess my hormones decided to bring it this cycle and make me rummage though my bathroom cabinet even though I KNEW there were no tests in there. I briefly contemplated peeing on a OPK but thankfully stopped myself before wasting my last good digital. If I can make it to Wednesday without spotting then I'm gonna test then. AF is due Friday, thankfully this is a busy week!

Jessica, wife to Greg since 7/04, mama to the rainbow1284.gif Gman 7/06, 3 brokenheart.gif , rainbow1284.gif Asher 1/11 and a wonderful surprise due in August!

Jessica, get yourself to a Dollar Tree, stock up The nausea sounds good, great sign. I am due Thursday or Friday as well, I know af will show up becaauuussseee...

I tested and got another BFN Oh well. The weird progression must mean nothing. The test from last night has an evap, but it came on overnight as it dried.

I had to take poor DD to a Patient First last night for a severe bladder infection. I normally wouldn't take her in, we would have treated it ourselves, but it was so sudden and severe (she almost couldn't walk ) I agreed to antibiotics (I don't think she has ever had them) I also stocked up on herbs and cranberry juice.

I might keep her home today, she is having a hard time walking (lifting her legs hurts her bladder) she also had blood in her pee She had to pee in a cup for the first time ever, she laughed about it, I wanted to tell her how many times I have peed in a cup lately.

Beloved - sorry about poor DD, and your BFN.

AFM - pretty darn certain I O'ed yesterday, even though the OPK was still + this morning. This is not the first time I've had consecutive days of +OPK, so I'm not too worried about it. Still having O pain, too.

Anyway, I checked, and if my temps stay up the next two days, FF will confirm O at CD19. REALLY glad I got that extra insem in!

I think I will take out the open circle temp from CD18, because it was a 3 hours late temp, and it will put my CL higher than I'd like to see it.

Hope everyone's having a good day! TWW, here I come (may it be less confusing than the last).

Beloved Poor baby! That's terrible I hope she starts to feel better today, I'm sure being home with you will help though! I'm sorry about your BFN too But it ain't over unless AF rears her ugly freakin' head!

Jessica EEEEEE! Gotta love nausea!

Lyndzies yay for a clear cycle this month Looks like your insem was right on the money too!

AFM- FF moved my O date to CD19. Stupid FF. It doesn't really matter other than now I have to live through 3 dpo alllllll over again .

W00T!!!!!

AFM: 9DPO today.

I think using this natural progesterone cream is just messing with my head. I'm having all the pg-like symptoms, but I'm afraid they're just progesterone mimicking them.

Someone on another thread asked what signs you get before you pee on a stick. I posted the following... and except for the first, I've got them all!
  • My chart goes triphasic
  • My appetite increases exponentially
  • I get nauseous in the middle of the night if I get up to pee
  • Sometimes get breast tenderness
  • Breasts definitely get fuller/heavier
  • Sense of smell/taste increases
  • I don't get a hormonal migraine that month @ 5dpo
  • Heartburn
  • Peeing all the time

I almost POAS this morning, but I had to go so bad, I couldn't even get the stick (or the cup) out in time!

I hate getting my hopes up. It was better when I was hopeless, I swear!

That sounds great MI_Dawn All of those signs are promising!! I can't wait for your test results!!!

I keep looking at my BFNs, and all of them have evap lines (they are DT tests) they even look a little pink what a psych-out I still have a few tests, I guess I'm going to save them for next month if there is a chance (doubtful)

I am sad

Thanks.

I am about to throw out all of the BFNs and evaps

I realized a bit ago that I didn't feel good, and am slightly nauseous (but just a hint of actual nausea, more like a no-appetite feeling) oh yeah, AND I had slight diarrhea (which is a preggo symptom for me) So, I get sort of excited and want to test again, like a crazy madwoman, and then decided to take my temp. I apparently have a fever, I must be sick Blah! so THAT'S why I haven't felt like doing anything today

dawn, did i never say hi to you and welcome you to the thread? d'oh! if not, welcome! i'm glad you're here. i can never keep up with the ONE thread and i kind of wish everyone i enjoy reading over there would move here, although i don't mean that i want everyone to be bitter or anything. i'll add you to the front page. did i miss anyone else?

mae, even if we can't follow you to the sept DDC, you ladies should make a "bitter sushi grads" thread in "i'm pregnant." come on, give us somewhere to aspire to besides a DDC full of unknowns!

beloved, i refuse to believe you're out till you're well and truly out.

nanette, ugh frustration! the 2ww is crazymaking and it drives me bonkers when i'm unsure of my O date. which is ALL THE TIME lately. either way.

lyndzies, your KD rocks! marinate it up. let's go zygote! my bday is 10/2. libra babies are awesome.

afm, realized that we're to have house guests the weekend of likely O. d'oh! in happy news, after seeing the sleep specialist last week, my daughter's sleep is improving a lot. i've always wondered how much this has negatively affected TTC - i read over my posts and see that every month at O time and the few days after, hubs and i get NO sleep because of the kiddo and we're all cranky. so let's see if eliminating that stressor helps out. and i think acupuncture is really having strong effects on my mood and energy, so let's hope that it helps with everything. sigh, so early in the cycle and already i really don't even feel hopeful. well hey, that worked for LZP, right?

i know i missed out on more personals; sorry. i am very much in my own world right now with my daughter's sleep - our schedules have changed a lot and DH and i each have FAR less me/us time, AND my laptop is broken. so i have less time to do everything i want to do as well as less inclination and ability! so i'm sorry for being a bad threadmistress.

Hi everyone,

Lyndzies, I also second that Libra babies are awesome ( I am one ). for you!

MI Dawn - everything looks promising on the symptom front! When do you POAS? for you too!

Beloved - I also agree that you are not out yet - hang in there. Sending you lots of for you and .

YYYM, acupuncture sounds like a good plan ( might look into that myself ) and good to hear that your daughter is sleeping better.

AFM, not at all hopeful for this cycle. Got some awful migraines at 5-6dpo which I read was when the hormones drop. Also my temps are not looking at all promising. Timing wasn't too bad this cycle ( though could have been better). LP in last cycle has gone from 14 to 12 ( it took forever to go from 3-12 days, don't tell me it's going back down! ) I hope I'm not going from recurrent miscarriages to not being able to get pg at all.

Ack! Well, I just have to hang in there...DD is helping de-stress me. We are decluttering the house. Yesterday we started with the kitchen - it was quite fun with a 2 yo!

I can't let us go to page 2!

YYYM - I have been SO BAD at keeping up w/ personals lately. Threads move so damn fast. I'm really glad to hear that your daughter's sleep is improving! I'm sure it will be an adjustment, but a positive one! (oh, and no reason you can't get some BD in when visiting people. )

BelovedK - 'sup w/ you today, girl? I hope you're hanging in there. This week must seem like an eternity. Thinking BFP thoughts for you!

MI_Dawn - having hopes up is a good thing! I am a strong believer that positive thinking can go a LOOOOOOOONG way! !!

GM - I'm sorry you are not feeling hopeful! I will share some of my positivity. Perhaps the headaches are/were unrelated? Have you been stressed? Maybe just tension migraines... at any rate, I hope you're feeling better. Keep the faith, my dear!

AFM - you guys, I know I am only 2dpo, but I am feeling so freaking GOOD about this cycle! So positive, so hopeful! Even though I only got 1, maybe 2 insems in the fertile window (w/ 2 others in the "maybe could possibly get me pregnant") I just have the greatest feeling about that last-minute insem. Something felt different (in a good way) about it. My O pains lasted longer and were stronger than ever, and there was even some mild O pain form the other side, too. I'm feeling like it was a really strong O and a nice, mature, healthy egg.

In the end, I know we did everything in our power this cycle to make it a success, and the rest is out of our hands. But I just have this FEELING, ya know?

Now I'm imagining lines.

MI_Dawn - I definitely see something. I even saw it on the orig. What I see is a line farthest to the left on the pic that looks like it's pink, and then there's another weird non-color line between it and the control. It's most apparent (to me) in the tweak.

FX it's a BFP and that it's gets darker!

I said it on the other thread, but I totally see it MI_Dawn!!! I hope that it gets darker!!!

sorry about personals, it has been hard to keep up, but I am readinf everything and keeping up with you all

afm, I had ewcm yesterday which prolly means af is on her way (tomorrow or friday) and I had such a feeling this time. I guess it's not over till she shows, but I feel like she will. I didn't even bother testing. Lately I have only been temping to confirm O. I had a weird fever yesterday, it was nearly 100, and then it went way down. I swear, my temps can be so unstable sometimes. It sure makes me feel like crap, I thought I was getting sick yesterday. DD went back to school today, her bladder infection is better, and hasn't thrown up again from the medicine, thank god!

Hi Girls! I've missed you all so much. SO SO Much!!! It looks like we have some new peeps here too, now.

I have been lurking here, too, but I'd be lying if I said that I was good at keeping up lately. I have been reading a lot more, and maybe posting less over the last few days.

we had a little scare last week, when my progesterone #s were lower than the previous week. (OK, I had a scare, DH was still confident that everything was fine. he is amazing.) I just dont like to see numbers that are supposed to go UP, actually go DOWN. I just don't want to be overly confident. I know how that turns out....

so anyway, we had our first MW appt on Friday night, and it was wonderful. This is the place we were meant to be, and I'm delighted that we finally found it and went. They checked my levels again for me with no problem, (back up higher than ever <phew>) and also offered a script for a U/S, which I of course took advantage of, and we're scheduled for this Thurs night. (Tomorrow now!) I was also concerned about my CP, since it seemed to soft to me... but she said it was just right.

So, I'm still holding on to this, "after ____ I will feel more confident and start getting more excited." but, once that thing comes, I can't let myself get there. It's so weird, and it's even kept me from allowing DH to tell anyone IRL. only HCPs know about the pregnancy. not my sister, not my parents, no one else. We are set to tell our parents on Friday night when they come for dinner. At least we might be able to say with some confidence that we're optimistic, after this next U/S. (here it is again...)

But on a brighter note, I have been letting myself get a little excited... and bought some dipes, and fabric to make some more. I got a serger for Christmas, so I can finally use all the scrap fabric I've been stockpiling for this purpose. it's a lot.

MI Dawn
- I *think* i could see something on the first one, unaltered... those dots make it a little like an optical illusion though... I saw it better without them... I will now be stalking you in here tomorrow!!

Lyndz, so glad to hear you are so optimistic this time. I saw that the timing wasnt as great as usual, but i think that you're right- this last minute "unplanned" insem might have been the one!!!

Beloved- yes post the video!!! You probably look stunning.

Jess- I'm reading about all of these crazy symptoms- does that mean ... ??? when will you POAS and tell us?!?!?

YYYM- it did work for me. But I was a little less than hopeful- I was at the peak of bitterness. like a strongly brewed, 8 hour old starbucks. B-I-T-T-E-R.
(Not that I didnt still of course have that stupid "well there could be a miracle" hope... and look- there was!) anywho... I hope that you and DH are able to get some shut-eye around O time. Houseguests might need to do a little sight-seeing, or go on an errand that takes at least 20 minutes (so you can include some laying down time hahahaha!)

Other girls- I'm so sorry that I didnt read enough to do all the personals I intended to do. I'll stalk you all dont you worry... mwah hahahaha
I'll come back for it.

to all.

The babymoon isn't over! Our long awaited A born 7/18/10, making us laugh and smile every day.

theres something there... unfortunately i cant tell you if its a bfp or where the line would be if it WERE a bfp... because FRERs are suddenly doing that.

however, if it were in white foil I would be much much much more inclined to believe that it is a bfp.

in any case you will be joining me soon!!!!

Yep, it's a white foil test.

But I'm still thinking it's a BFN. No more tests until Friday, at least, for me. Besides, if my temp keeps dropping, it has to be a BFN.

I swore I saw something on a FRER last month, too (white foil) and it was nothing.

So far on Can You See a Line, we've got a 75% "Yes" rate, though... so at least I'm not crazy. Just... obsessed.

spotting today, this cycle sucks. STILL having nausea, like right now as I'm typing, I really don't know what that's about. WTH hormones!?

I'm 11 dpo and so I'll know by Friday where I stand. I've never had spotting turn out good for me, ever, but I have a tiny sliver of hope left for something good. I have no idea why, I just can't let go of this one yet I guess.

In other news DH has his SA scheduled for tomorrow morning, so if this cycle is a bust then we'll have that out of the way and we go in for another consult and possibly think about treatment if nothing happens by March.

Oh and I did pee on a FRER yesterday evening and got a solid BFN. Boo. I know it wasn't fmu, but the spotting has pretty much done me in.

I also just realized that I got the pink wrapper FRER's, what's going on with those?

they worked for me... its just... you can see a line before you use them. Im not sure if it is visible after as well as my bfns were white foil and once i used pink i started to get bfps... but i do believe it may be possible that they would have a line visible when you are not pregnant. not 100% on that one.

Oh ok, I noticed that. I could see where both lines would be, straight out of the package. I did not see the line at all after the BFN, it was almost like the pee make the test strip more opaque. Much to my displeasure of course!
