I have a clearblue easy digital tester and think I misunderstood it with my first pregnancy. I want to try for a boy and not sure how to plan it with the monitor. It says that it tells you when you have your LH sugre which is the precursor to ovulation. So does that mean I wait for the surge, then wait 1-2 days to try for a boy, or do it on that day?

Last time I tried to conceive a boy...used OPKs often and waited about 24 hours after the first + on an OPK, then DTD twice a day until I was sure O was past (thermal shift). It "worked".....as in DS is a boy...

Andrea...wife, SAHM to 3.5 yo DS and 1 yo DD.
