Kingsdaughter - I'm so sorry for your loss.

Pollyanna - It sounds like you have a gem of a herbalist there. Pretty neat.

Surviving sleep deprivation one day at a time with dd (Oct '11) & ds (Oct '08).

Kingsdaughter, lots of warm thoughts to you and your family. Sometimes these angels come to us for only a very short time. Do not worry. You're baby will return to you when the time is right. Even in these difficult times, may you be comforted. Blessings to you and yours.

Mamaluu - it certainly sounds like you might have ovulated. It's really hard to tell by temperature with only one temp before ovulation, since it's possible that Wednesday's temp was just unusually low. Watch what happens over the next few days and maybe that will help clear it up.

Today is CD100. I feel like I ought to celebrate (mourn? ). Actually, I was more bummed about it yesterday, when I bought chocolate to help with today's mood. Much of it was consumed yesterday (oops!), but I think I needed it more yesterday than today anyway. I'm not happy about the situation, don't get me wrong, but I thought it would bug me more than it does.

I bought Maca yesterday but I scared to try it! I think was makes me the most nervous is that I'll ovulate and not know if it was due to the Maca, and then I'll feel like I can't stop taking it.

Deb, crunchier-than-I-expected-to-be mama to my beautiful DD (07/2008), forever missing my October 2010 and January 2011 angels

Try it! I don't know how quickly it works for ovulation but I did ovulate sooner than normal taking it (if in fact FF is correct in my cross hairs). I started taking it this cycle, maybe CD7? But what I like the most about it, is the energy I have. I feel really good taking it. There is a TTC with Maca Thread a page or so back, I should bump it up....

I feel you on that! Today is CD90 for me I've been taking Maca now for about 3 weeks (figured why not?) and I do like how I'm feeling...more energy + increased sex drive...just wish it'd do something with my cycle!
I did get my blood HCG test results back and....BFN (like I knew) and I have picked up my rx of Provera. Just can't decide if I should take it My chart is making me think I might have a chance at O, so now I'm scared to take the Provera and mess that up
Anyone know what the Provera might do if I did just O? Or am gearing up to O?

DS-(1996), DSD-(2001), and our miracle baby girl-(7/7/09) and Always remembering my 3 brokenheart.gif angel babies
and cautiously due May 12, 2011!

KingsDaughter76~ i'm so sorry for your loss

Mamaluu~ i put you under waiting to O.

Tara2~ .. i agree with you on the 2.5 year gap being a good gap. my son was born and 2months later my daughter turned 3.my son's birth was also easier in terms of pain in that i was able to have a natural birth no pain meds with him. my daughter i caved at 5cm and got a epidural. with my sons birth i was able to hold on a phone conversation no problem at 8cm dilated. FF says i'm 7dpo i missed temping this morning because dh woke up way late and made me get up to make his lunch.

hannybanany~ fingers crossed you get a + opk soon.

kingsdaughter--so sorry for your loss

I am 14 dpo (maybe?) and really crampy, and I've gotten 3 stark white bfns the last three days....so I am thinking I'm out. My DD has been a nursing maniac this month (cutting teeth), so I have no idea how that is affecting things....Anyways, we won't be trying for the next two months because of upcoming travel plans (to China!), so please move me to waiting to be ready for the time being.

I'll be checking in--hopefully there will be plenty of BFPs in March!

Mama to DD (10/8/08) and expecting someone new in November!

I think i've asked to be switched to waiting to test too early. Im getting more EWCM and my cervix is still pretty high and soft... I've started getting some darker OPKs, but definately not positive. Just that thin dark line on the left side of the test line.
This is officially my longest cycle ever (cd30...)
Well, we're going on vacation to California on monday, maybe a bumpy plane ride will shake that egg out of my ovary? LOL It would be cool to make a little California...
DS was conceived when we were travelling to Toronto. DH kept joking we should name him Hilton because that's where we were staying. We've booked a room at the Hilton in San Francisco for this trip, it would be just too weird. Maybe Mr Hilton was offended we didnt name our son after his hotel and is going to give us a second chance (I know he's a powerful guy, but enough to delay ovulation?? LOL)
Seriously though, I've stopped pumping, my stash is big enough i think (got 55 bags instead of the 60 i was aiming for) Hopefully it will help

soooo... Can I be moved back to Waiting to O please?

Move me to 2WW please...

FF says I ovulated, I don't recall having any EWCM and that is usually my sign to start the OPKs, hence I started them too late, .
But my nipples have been sore the last 4-5 days I guess, at least, so maybe I did O.
CD18 is an early O day for me.....so that's good I guess! I hope my luteal phase is longer than 7 days....maybe I'll hit double digits even.

Can I be moved to 2WW? Not sure if our timing was any good, but I suppose we'll find out in a couple of weeks either way! Really, really hoping that even if we didn't conceive that my LP will lengten. It's been 10 days the last few cycles, but 11 or 12 would make me feel better.

Hey it just accured to me today that the lube we use matters!! I've been using Astroglide and I just found out that it can be hostile for sperms. :-O I did not know that! Us being all nurisng moms I'm assuming that we are all drier than average women, so what lube do you use while TTC? Or do you not use any? (That I don't think I can deal with, will hurt badly)

If I generally have very dry CM (little CM), does it mean that my chances of conceiving is decreaeses due to that? if so, what to do then?

Mamaluu - I never use lube or need to but I think Preseed is supposed to be sperm friendly.

Mamaluu - We use Preseed. Got pregnant the only two cycles I used it. We bought from early pregnancy test website. Comes with two free pregnancy tests. I really like their OPKs too. Good luck!

I'm 6 or 7 dpo. I tested (stupidly because the tests were on sale ...so blame the drug store) and of course BFN. But obviously it is way too early and i'm not losing hope! I actually have several signs/symptoms...most noticeably i'm shocked at how sore my nipples are when ds nurses and how short my patience is with him. I keep having to end the session quickly. He's 2.5 and i'm slowly cutting him back. He was down to morning and before and after nap and before bed. I have been cutting out the nap nursing (although today he got some..i'm more lax on the weekends i guess lol).

I also got two zits (which i never get!) have been really hungry and sensitive to smells (gagged twice when opening the fridge and dh says nothing smells in there) a little constipated (but that could be due to the prenatal with iron), insomnia but also very vivid dreams, emotional (cried a few times during commercials and dh laughs at me). Of course i could be reading too much into every little thing but I do sort of just *feel* like i am preggo so here's hoping!

Oh and i promised myself not to test again until 12dpo!

me, dh and 2 boys = our family (oh and a cat...who is also a male...lol)

babymango - don't feel bad! I'd be frustrated, too. I hope by the time you've read this, you've ovulated and caught the egg.

Not a lot of time for other personals right now (just got back from a weekend away), but I'm keeping my fingers crossed for all of you! I will be taking a full dose of maca today (I've been ramping up), and I've felt a bit of extra energy and I *think* I might have more CF. Now if that can translate to ovulation, I'll be ecstatic!

to everyone in the TWW! Hoping for some March BFPs.

AFM, CD 16 and just waiting around to O. No sign of it coming yet--OPK are snow white and nipples aren't sore yet. This is the hardest part of my cycle. During and right after AF I'm pretty relaxed, and know there is nothing I can do. The TWW is hard for sure, but also kind of exciting. Right now is always the time I feel convinced that I will never O. Sigh.

Wishing everyone a good week.
