Hi all. First time poster, long time lurker. Now I have a question, so I decided to speak up.

DH and I are currently TTC. I have PCOS, but have done everything I can to manage it naturally. Unfortunately, even after a bunch of weight loss and getting my diet and lifestyle under control, I still wasn't ovulating. Now, with the little miracle known as Metformin, I'm now ovulating (at least, the OPKs say I am!) and my cycles seem to have evened out somewhat and become closer to normal. It feels GREAT to feel like a "normal female".

At any rate, I'm still looking around for more natural things to help us along. I'm taking my vitamins, drinking water, but am now looking into PreSeed and evening primrose oil.

In my reading, I've found that: 1 - it takes a few months for EPO to build up in your system, but 2 - not to take EPO during the 2ww.

Thus, my question to you all (after a really long run up here - sorry!), is: do you still only take EPO from CD1 to O date and then stop? Will it still "build up" and demonstrate an improvement in CM in a few months, even if I only take it for those few weeks between AF start and O date? Does it matter if I take the dose all at once, or spread it out through the day?

Thanks.

DW

Yep, af to o. I took 3000mg, and it did make a difference for me. I also drank green tea and lots of water, and took maca.
