OMG look at how many May BFPS we had and then compare it to June.... so sad! :-( ok ladies we all need to STEP IT UP in July!! haha. I'm halfway through the TWW, 7dpo here. tested this morning (even though I swore I'd wait until 10dpo) and of course, BFN. BUT... I'm NOT testing again until Saturday (10dpo) and will hopefully get a + then!! I normally have a 12-14 day LP so it's not that unreasonable to get a BFP by then I think, right?...right?... haha. I really think this is my cycle so I'm hoping that these are all just good signs that I'm pregnant. Anyway, hope you ladies enjoy your last day of June and tomorrow marks the start of an AWESOME month of BFPs!! (let's blow WAY past May's list!)

EricaRN, I was looking over the BFP lists and thought the exact same thing. Too bad you didn't get your + test today, so you could make the June list longer. That's ok. You can start off our July list after testing this weekend.

I have funky chart stuff this month, mostly because my temps are pretty low, my post O temps anyway, don't know what the deal is with that but I did have a positive OPK so that is good I think? I sure hope that this is the month and at the same time am trying not to obsess, haha. I think I am 5 DPO, I have an 11 day luteal phase so we shall see.

I would like to join the TTC thread now!

I just came off BC about two weeks ago, but we're going for it. My body feels different already, so I'm taking that as a sign that my hormones are getting back to their natural state pretty quickly, which is good, because people keep telling me it will take me three months to be normal again and I wasn't too excited about that. But I figure if people get pregnant all the time while on BC, then that can't be totally true for everyone. So I'm going to be positive and believe that my body is taking over where the meds left off.

Hey guys, long time since I've posted.. going to O in a couple days, our fifth cycle trying. I don't have any high hopes or anything, I guess I kind of know better by now.

Good luck everyone!

I finished my BC in July and got pregnant in August!

AFM - I am totally bummed. I had spotting today and a temp drop, so AF is definitely making an appearance. I just don't think I can do any more months of charting, acupuncture, etc. It's too stressful. I start my last class for my RN program on Tuesday and finish the program in August, so maybe after I pass the exam to get my license I'll be ready to continue charting. I think I wanna just "sit out" for July.

Welcome!! I am so glad that you would like to join our group. I would love to add your name to the list but need to know if you are TTC #1 #2 #3 ect. And if there is any other information like your chart or your age that you would like to add as well. If you already have kiddo's and you let me know if they are boys or girls I can put a little baby next to your name. Just give as little or as much info as youl like! Again welcome and we love bringing in new people to our family.

I JUST went off BC 2 months ago, & we also started TTC #1 the same month I went off. The hardest part for me has been to re-learn what "normal" is for my body. I wasn't prepared for my cycle and symptoms of O & AF to change. I wish you the best of luck!

Stark white BFN this morning.... BFFFFFFFFN. :-( arrrghh. I shouldn't have gotten my hopes up yesterday when I thought I saw a faint line... I'm not out until I'm out I know. But at 10DPO I was hoping for at least a LITTLE something. I never get BFPs until waaayyy late though b/c my hcg levels are always dangerously low in the beginning. And honestly, I always have a m/c the cycle before getting pregnant... guess I need a boost before a pregnancy will for sure stick. I'm hoping that doesn't happen this time. Needless to say when I do get my BFP I will not be taking anything for granted.... *sigh* slightly discouraged today. Hope everyone else is having a good 4th of July weekend. MrsD08- thanks for checking in on us. Wish I wasn't here when you came back though. lol. Anda yea, slow month last month... just one BFP. as opposed to like 10 the month before! I'm hoping it picks back up this time. :-)

***Updated to Here***

Wow you ladies sure are being quiet this month. I think everyone is having a month like me. No more stressing for me and I have even quit my OPK's because last month I spent $40 on cheapies. I went through more than 40 OPK's and never ovulated. I have an appointment with a specialist at the end of this month so maybe then I will use OPK's again and get the ball rolling.

hey ladies! 11DPO here and I think I got the faintest of faint lines again this morning. Was able to sneak the camera this time before DH saw me. What do you think? It doesn't show up on camera as well as it does in real life, but I'm hoping someone sees it... :-) Be honest though, Dont want to get hopes up anymore if it's all in my head. lol. ZoeJane'sMommy, good luck at the appointment!

EricaRN, I don't see anything, though I'm really bad at seeing lines. But if you saw something in person, I'd try another test tomorrow. Sometimes tests don't photograph well. We have a pro camera and macro lens, and my OPKs still don't look as dark in the photos as they do in person. So for you!

CD18 and today's OPK was still negative. I guess I will ovulate this week, but who knows (last cycle it was CD22, the one before CD18). I have a nice LP around 13-14 days, but ovulate kind of late and have hardly any EWCM (but am swimming in "watery" CM). Is this normal?

Where are you in your cycle: CD19
Appointments: Got a reminder notice to schedule my yearly, so I should do that. I'm going to wait until after I've found out whether this cycle was successful before scheduling, though. It would be nice to go in pregnant.
Symptoms if they apply: A lot of pre-O symptoms, so we'll see.
Testing: OPK in a few hours. Hoping for something more interesting today. Something with, say, 2 dark lines.
Thoughts: Hoping, hoping, hoping.

Where are you in your cycle: CD12
Appointments: None.
Symptoms if they apply: Too early even for O symptoms.
Testing: Not til 14 DPO.
Thoughts: A little discouraged. Kinda glad we'll be taking a break after August. Even though it'll only be 4 cycles, I'm thinking maybe it's just not "our time". But still, hoping for that BFP.

I'm so discouraged today!! Took a test this morning and stark white.... even I couldn't imagine a line being there.... :-( I didn't drink anything before bed so my pee would be nice and concentrated (sorry tmi) and still, NOTHING! I'm soooooooo frustrated right now. We've been having a really rough time lately with some other stuff and getting a BFN today was like the straw that broke the camel's back. I'm seriously so depressed right now. :-( We're spending the day with DH's family and going to the 4th of July parade in their town and I'm having trouble getting in the spirit. My kids happy, smiling faces are what keep me going today, but it's just a really rough one. I showed DH the BFN today and told him we're probably out. I had been keeping it from him that I was even testing at all so he was pretty upset as well. Just having a really bad day all around today. Hope someone gets a BFP soon so we can get the July ball rolling. Fingers crossed for me that I'm not out yet too.... I do have a history of getting late BFPs so I guess there's still time (I'm 12DPO and have a 12-14 day LP... usually 13 days) Anyway, I'll be thinking of all of you today and I hope you'll be thinking of me, as well. Have a great day!!!

EricaRN - I am so sorry to hear that. I hope your day turns around. It really sucks that we all have a hard time getting prego but women who don't even want kids get pregnant all the time.

Erica, 2 days before I got my bfp I got what I thought was a faint line, so the next morning I was REALLY hoping for a nice dark BFP but nothing, completely and totally white. I was so depressed! but then the NEXT day I got a BFP. 12DPO is still so early, hang in there!

Testing: No, but I'm tempted to get some OPKs.
Thoughts: I thought that I ovulated on CD14, but my temp was way down today to the lowest I've seen this cycle - so maybe I'll O today? Fingers crossed.

Name: Gale
Date: 7/5
Chart: Here
Where are you in your cycle: CD3
Appointments: None
Symptoms if they apply: Nada
Testing: From now on, I'm waiting the full 18 days past ovulation
Thoughts: This month is a "we're not doing anything other than DTD" kind of month. I'll be in school, so I'm not going to stress and obsess about Vitex, acupuncture, opks, etc.

Thanks everyone! I really needed to be picked up today. I did end up having a much better day. I think since I had no expectations of the day at all it turned out to be a pretty great one (which doesn't always happen with DH's family anyway. lol) We spent like 4 hours at the pool with our kids and their cousins so it was a really nice day. Plus both DD and DS (2.5 and 1 respectively) LOVED the parade. I've never seen them so excited. lol.

Kristin- thank you so much for your encouraging words. You've inspired me to stay positive until at least 14 DPO, then I'm gonna start my pitty party if there's not even a faint line. Thank you!! You're such a positive source of energy in my life! :-)

So..... here's how I feel right now (warning: vent time) even though we had a great day, I came home and immediately my mind went to freaking babies. And I just get more and more upset. I've cursed more in the last few days than I have in probably the last month. lol. I've just been soooo frustrated and upset with so many things going on right now and it's all coming together in some not so great thoughts/feelings. Anyway, I guess I'm just frustrated because I just realized that if I dont get my BFP in the next few days this will conclude the 7th cycle of trying for us. And 5 of those cycles were 40+ days long... our first cycle of trying was in November (didn't O until Xmas day). It just sunk in today how long ago xmas feels like... and I'm thinking WHAT THE F*CK!!??!! how is it possible that I have a 2.5 yr old, a 14 month old and NOW I can't get pregnant?? I've only had unprotected sex (before ttc this time) 2 X EVERRRRR and got pregnant both times. And now, 7 cycles of nothing but unprotected sex and this is what happens.... GRRRRRRRRR It's just so anticlimactic. I know I'm being petty because some people have SUCH bigger problems than this, even in the fertility world. And we have 2 BEAUTIFUL children already and we're so blessed by them. But that doesn't mean this isn't a source of frustration for us. I know you all understand. Which is why I appreciate you all so much. Anyway, thanks for picking me up today. I know it doesn't sound like it after this but I really am doing better. If this continues this way I might join the Bitter Sushi ladies in the TTC forum. haha. I'm at 6+ months now so I qualify ;-) haha. Hope you all enjoy your night! I wont do my monday check in because I"m sure you got MORE than you bargained for in this post from me. hahaha. Goodnight all!
