Ugh, that sucks so bad.

I have no proof, but I am convinced that we fertilized an egg last cycle too. But with an 8 day LP it just didn't have a chance. So this month I am choking down all kinds of supplements in hopes of getting a sticky bean.

I had a good cry, shook my fist toward the sky. Cried out "Its not fair!" I swear TTC feels like waiting for a bus thats never going to come. I am feeling a bit better. I made an appointment with my doctor since I am long overdue for a PAP.

I am going to try soy this cycle. 75 mg day 3-7. My LP is ok, I think I just have late implantation or something. I am also going to see my chiro for an adjustment. He says there is one he can do for fertility.

JustLily, maybe because you have the same name as my daughter or because we live in a similar area, but I hope we get pregnant around the same time.

Lydiah, did you have a faint BFP? I had bright red blood (a 5 day visit from AF), but I am still pregnant and it's healthy so far.

I needed to report back. This is a copy from the weekly chat in the May2011DDC.

Ok, I got the results from my doctor. My numbers (HCG) are going up as they should so it seems healthy so far. She said Wednesday my number was 151 and yesterday it was 869. She wanted me to get tested again in a week and if it's between 3000-7000 (should be closer to 7000), then we can have an u/s.

Thanks for your support! I want to see more of you over in the DDClubs!

Your timing looks great. And that is a very promising dip yesterday.

Thanks everyone for being here for me this month even if I've been mostly out of touch! I am still trying to wrap my head around the fact that my body worked after this nightmare of a cycle. And the enormous dip at 11-12dpo had me convinced I was out--I guess I was a super-late implanter. I'm really, really glad I didn't test early! I'm sure now I'd have gotten BFNs through at least 13, and I'd have spent more of my vacation crying in the bathroom...
I can't wait for the rest of you to join me! I am going to stalk every single one of your charts, because honestly I can't think about anything but pregnancy.
My BFP on 16DPO in Jan was pretty light. And when I retook it later that night (because my husband said "I didn't see you actually pee on that stick") it was questionably +. I was printing my charts today and noticed I had a dip at 12DPO. So I'm thinking I was a late implanter.

This board moves fast and my head is spinning trying to keep up.

Congrats to all the BFP's!!

I think we have more BFP's in the first half of Sept than all of Aug. So for all of us in the TWW...keep up the good work.

AFM ~ I think FF is just messing with me now...or they are just very indecisive people pushing those buttons in the software. My CH's have moved back to CD16 from CD18. So I will just call myself at fivenDPO (5/7DPO).

Anyways, I had some heavy feelings in my uterus this morning. Nothing major but something noticable. Then I went to potty late morning and my CM on my panties was tinted red/brownish. I wiped and there was nothing else. So I wiped off the CM from panties with new TP and it was discolored on the TP. So could it be impl spotting?? I have had impl spotting one other time and that was just recently in my June cycle and no BFP. But I'm taking baby aspirin this month. So maybe if something is trying to implant it will succeed.

We also have an appt at SIRM on Thurs afternoon. Hopefully, we won't get past the consultation though.

Lydiah - so sorry about the bleeding. s

Vivica2 - thanks for stalking my chart! I'm very hopeful based on my timing. I keep having the CM, I swear I'm usually drying up by now. I don't know anymore. Luckily I have a lot of things going on right now, so I have enough to distract me during the 2WW. So glad your temp is up this morning - hope it stays up for the next nine months! Have fun with the OPKs... I do that, too. I only have four left this cycle, though, so I'll be waiting until next week to start with that.

Bolobear - Congrats on the good report from the doctor!!

just_lily, I am convinced the same thing. Last month was my first month TTC and I think my egg was also fertilized but couldn't implant due to my 8-day LP. I have been charting for 3 years and during my last LP I had 5 symptoms which NEVER happened to me before:
1. my BBs got sore at 1 DPO. They usually get sore right before my period. They have never been sore at 1 DPO before. Also, the soreness felt different than what I usually get.
2. At 6 DPO I had spotting which lasted for about 24 hours then stopped. Even though I have a super short LP, I never get spotting that early, and my spotting never stops until it has turned into a full blown period. Implantation spotting?
3. At 6 and 7 DPO I had some strange pinches in my uterus. Implantation cramps?
4. At 7 DPO I started noticing that my bra felt way too tiny, my BBs had definitely gotten bigger and this never happens to me, even during AF.
5. At 6 DPO my temps went up to a much higher level than they usually are (and higher than 1-5 DPO) and stayed there until...

my temps dropped on 9 DPO and I got my period that day as well... I am so certain that I was pregnant even though I only took 1 FRER at 8 DPO and got a BFN.

I am super happy today because my gynecologist just gave me the go-ahead to start TTC (I didn't tell him that I had cheated and started last month)! I have been having abnormal PAP smears on and off for a while and the gynecologist did a colposcopy in July to make sure everything was ok. He said I wasn't allowed to start TTC unless the colposcopy was normal, and I got the results today and everything was fine!

MommyMatsumoto, sorry AF found you! So frustrating, I know.

AFM - Had a temp drop today to 97.9. Very discouraged based on my chart - my temp seems to keep going down and I'm only 6 DPO! Ugh. Plus, yesterday I had some brown-blood-tinted discharge before going to bed, just once but enough to freak me out. I've never had any kind of spotting THAT early! I think last month it started at 7 DPO. I've had nothing since last night, but am very freaked out. I had a very vivid dream that I started my period last night, so when I woke up I had to run to the bathroom to check. Now I'm feeling pretty hopeless for this month, with the temp drop and semi-spotting incident.

Val, I don't think your chart looks that bad! Your temps are still well above the cover line, and a dip like that can happen any time and not mean anything. Do you temp orally or vaginally? If orally, temps are a lot less stable and also register lower than if you do it vaginally. Try not to stress too much about it and see what tomorrow brings. Even so, sorry you're feeling freaked out and frustrated...

Sounds like a good sign!!! So excited for you!!!!

AFM: I woke up tossing and turning around 3:30 so I figured I should temp and got a 97.7 temperature (I went to bed around 9:30 -- been so tired!). Fell back asleep eventually and woke up at 5:50 to temp again and got a temp of 98.3. I used the FF temperature corrector and it estimated 98.2. I figure it's somewhere between 98.1 and 98.2...both of which are a SLIGHT drop but nothing huge like a pre-AF drop. So far (granted it's early), no sign of her...no cramping or anything.

Decided to stay home today (rest/work from home) because I am feeling not so great with headache, slight dizziness and a sore throat.

Two more days to test LivingSky...we can do it!!! Let's just cross our fingers that AF doesn't show by then!!!

I wouldn't worry about it, Val. Looks like your previous cycle had a similar dip at 7DPO. All that matters is that it stays above the coverline. I've seen charts that dip down like yours and stay at that level that resulted in a BFP on FF. Don't let it get you down!

Sorry AF found you, MommyMatsumoto and Kyamo. Arrgghhh!

Lydiah, I hope you are doing OK.

AFM: I'm on CD 10, but I'm out this cycle...and the next...and the next. DH works at a remote research station in Alaska during the summer. Travel to and from his site is difficult. As much as we want a little one, we don't want him to miss the birth (or the first few months of the baby's life!), so we've decided to stop TTC until December in order to avoid June, July, and August due dates.

Feeling pretty bummed, even though I know this is the right decision. I just hope it doesn't take long once we start trying again. I know a three-cycle hiatus isn't that long in the grand scheme of things, but it feels long. I've wanted a baby for years.
