I didn't catch the thread keeper part. I don't mind doing it.
I had a little consultation with a midwife and was told I need to mellow out on my exercise routine and up my calorie intake and then she suggested Maca, which I have taken before but obviously will be taking up again, as well as maybe looking in to acupuncture. New things to implement. It is stressing me a bit just thinking about not keeping up my routine just because sometimes I feel like that is helping me stay sane, but then again if it is causing a problem I don't really want to keep doing it! I can't believe it has been this long and I am still not pregnant.
I have read in several places to have DH take Maca, said to up the sperm count. Not sure about that yet, I'll know on Wednesday, but wow, his libido went through the roof. If your DH will do it, it might be worth a try....

OJ, it's really easy to be thread keeper. For the first post, just hit "reply" on the first post of this thread, and then copy and paste everything to a new thread. Does that make sense? I feel like Taxlady explained it a lot better to me, haha! Then you just watch for new info through out the month and edit that first post.
Taxlady, any input to make this more clear?
Yes! OJazzy1 - you should be threadkeeper and it is just as Copper says. All you have to do is copy and paste.. once you paste into a new thread you will see all the "behind the scenes" stuff where you can move the ladies on the list around, change the color or the font. Then if you need to update it because someone needs to be moved you just go in and "edit" the post. SUPER SIMPLE! GOOD LUCK!! (and if you need more help - just holla)
So I had made a dr. appointment to find out why I was having all this weird spotting. I went this morning, and it turns out...
I can't believe it! I was sure the spotting last week meant AF was coming, but it turns out it was probably implantation bleeding. I am getting my thyroid checked again, just to make sure it's working, but I'm actually pregnant.
Thanks for all the support and advice - you ladies are awesome! I will still check in and send you lots and lots of baby dust!!
Congrats Birdie B!!! How exciting!!
Sure, no problem, that all makes sense. I'll take it on I need something to do while I am trying not to stress.
So happy for you!

Sourire, I just noticed you had an 11 day LP this cycle. Nice! Did you do soy that cycle? I can't remember if you'd started or were thinking about starting soy.
Thanks everybody! I was convinced I had a progesterone defect after having spotting before my period last month. I had some light spotting about 10 days ago and got freaked out so I made the appt. It went away, and I would have tested except we were at the in-laws all week and just got home last night. I am really glad I had all the distractions, it kept me from obsessing and buying tons of tests.
Hope to see all of you in the DDC soon!
