i think charting is making me crazier. lol. but i cant stop bc i am one of those people that just has to know. have been checking my cm since the day i thought i o'ed/ it has been lotiony ever since. i really wish i knew more about my body. but this was the first time i had ever charted. so i have no idea what to expect when it all starts up again.

the nausea mostly went away. the super smell mostly too. but i still am getting BH type cramps every once in a while. they go away if i drink  LARGE amounts of water. seriously? and i am getting real bad foot cramps all the time. i just wish something would happen already. even if it is af at least then i will know what is going on....

Maybe you've been dehydrated? And I've had foot pain like that before and what helped was making sure I consumed more potassium. And stretching my foot when it cramped.

Lionessmom--when I was pg and until about 6m PP, I had lots of leg and foot cramps. For me the only thing that really helped was taking a good calmag supplement.  More than one person (including my MW) told me that muscle cramps can be caused by low calcium or an imbalance in the cal/mag levels in the body. I always took a supplement before bed (although I started weaning off that supp more recently). Taking gentle walks and stretching were also very helpful. Hate the muscle cramps!

Hi there!  Can you move me to 2WW?  I think I o'd on the 21st or 22nd, which would put me at about 6 dpo.  We dtd on the 18th, 19th and 20th, so I don't know if that would have been too far ahead of ovulation.  This is my first month that I have been able to track this since I got my first PPAF earlier this month, so I could be totally off!

i prob was dehydrated a little after all that puking i diidi for 2 weeks. sigh. i kept taking my vitamins before bed though. even taking extra calcium. and i eat tons of potatoes. we live off of them. i drank 3 gallons of gatorade a couple of days ago and havent had them since.

stll no af and i really cant tell what is going on. all i do know is that i have been a complete uav for the last 3 weeks and it has gotten so bad that i wake up nagging. i just want it to stop. i feel like i have no control over it. maybe my hormones are coming back on line?

Hello ladies. I am still waiting for my first PPAF. My hubby joined the Army Reserves and will be leaving in April for Basic Training. Then he will go straight to Officer School.

We won't see each other or BD for five months! I am still nursing A LOT at night and will keep it up for now, I guess. I am so tired, but know my little one needs me at night. Baby boy is almost 17 months old and will go about 4 hours between feeds during the day and wakes up every two hours to nurse at night. If we don't conceive by April, we won't be able to try again until September! The longest I have gone without AF was when we caught the first PP egg between babies #3 and #4. We are still BD every 2-3 days.

Do those of you who chart only chart BD sessions that are close to O? I look at some charts and am surprised at the lack of frequent DTD. I know my DH has a HIGH drive, though...

We'll see how it goes, I guess.

Congrats to the BFP mamas!

Amanda Williams~ I chart any BD even if it's not near O or even after O.

I had a follow up obgyn appt the other day to see how things were after the miscarriage last month. The dr did a ultrasound and made

the comment that my ovaries looked small for my age. I got set up with a infertilty dr for Feb 1st to find out what is going on with that. She

said it could be nothing. I got home and googled small ovaries and everything popped up saying premature ovarian failurejaw.gif

Socali: What did your FSH levels say when you had them tested? Was it high? That can mean premature ovarian failure. I hope it's nothing!

AFM: Cycle day 3 over here. Waiting to O. Had my day 3 blood work done today to test estrogen, thyroid, prolactin and FSH. My FSH levels came back high when I tested while nursing. Hopefully they are back to normal now!!!!

Cindy~It was 8.6, i was told by the obgyn it was good, a friend whose been through infertility stuff said it seemed slightly high for my age. I wanted to do the AMH, or anti-mullerian hormone blood test but found out i have to wait til my infertility appointment since it can only be ordered by a specialist, thankfully it can be done at anytime in the cycle.   fingersx.gifThat your FSH comes back normal .
