Well... just thought I bump this thread up a notch. I'm happy to say that I am currently in the 2ww again!

Me and DH have really been embracing the whole 'not trying, not preventing' thing and have been doing the baby dance quite a bit, and surprisingly enough, alot of bd'ing before and during my O date. SO.... I am currently 6DPO according to my chart. I haven't really been feeling any crazy symptoms as of yet... I've had some dizziness and many trips to the washroom, and I'm hungry alot... but I'm not going to read too much into it. Our BD dates are great, so it may just happen... but if it doesn't, than I'll know I've done all I can and that I'll just have to wait and see next cycle!

So wish me luck! Maybe this month is for me!

I am back in the 2WW.  AHH.  First my chart gave me an O date that wasn't were I expected and we hadn't BDed until 2 days after.  Well today, I entered my temp and it changed the O date to the date where we had BDed.  Yeah!  Maybe I will get pregnant this month after all. Yesterday my breasts were really sensitive and in the morning I felt like throwing up (but it seems these symptoms are way too early, aren't they?)

Good morning ladies! I'm new to Mothering and I'm currently in my 2ww for baby #2!

We are on our first cycle actually trying (we were doing the "whatever happens, happens" thing), and DS just turned 2 in June.
I'm having all the early PG symptoms (nausea, extreme fatigue, crampiness, bloating, and this weird twingy pinching) I had with him, but so far, BFNs all over the place.  I'm 11 dpo today (going by OPK) and I'm forcing myself to wait to test again until Friday- I'll be 14dpo, 2 days after I got my BFP with DS.

So here we go!

Good luck everyone!!

Hi all! I'm back to the 2ww. I actually totally forgot about this thread this month until now. Needless to say I'm being pretty laid back do being in my 2ww. I am 10 dpo and not leaning in either direction. I have been feeling better overall this cycle. I have some tender nipples, some creamy cm, I'm having more sensation in my nether region and my sex drive is UP. Baby dust to all of you!

Hi ladies,

I'm in the 2WW, too.  I'm new to MDC.  My DH and I have been TTC #1 since May.  Unfortunately, both months so far have been disrupted by work travel, which is super frustrating irked.gif.  This month, we BD'd a lot, and according to an OPK, once on a really "good" day.  I've got my fingers crossed, but I'm not going to be too optimistic...It seems like each month I create symptoms, think I'm going to get a BFP, and don't...

I think I'm 10-11 DPO.  Speaking of "phantom" symptoms: wink1.gif Yesterday I had these sharp stabbing pains sort of in my cervix.  It wasn't in my lower abdomen, definitely in the lady parts.  It only lasted a few seconds at a time, and happened maybe 3 times.  I'm not sure what it was.  Has anyone ever had this?

Something I've been thinking about is how it's incredible that anyone gets pregnant by accident.  From my own experience, and hearing everyone else's stories, it's not nearly as easy as they teach you in health class!

Good luck to all--looking forward to getting to know you!

Farmygirl... I was thinking the same thing! I don't know how so many women manage to get pregnant when there are so many of us that time things out and what not, and then it doesn't happen...

I wish things were that easy.... ah well, the 2WW continues. I've been having a hard time not symptom spotting. I try to write off any little weird feeling I get as something else, so I won't be disappointed if I get a BFN. It's certainly not an easy task. For myself, I think it's made harder by the fact that my chart is giving me 3 different possible O dates based on my CM, symptoms and temp.... so I dunno. I think I'm just going to say 'screw it' and see what happens Either way, I'm going to be testing this weekend to see if anything pops up. If nothing does, then I'll be waiting to see if AF shows (hopefully not)....

Anywho, good luck to everyone!

Hi there, I am in the 2WW too.  According to FF I am on 6 DPO.  My cycle has been a little tricky to follow because it is my first post miscarriage cycle.  I am planning on waiting until 14 DPO to test, that would be next Thursday!

Sneaking in here, usually hang out in the Nursing Mamas thread! I'm only 2dpo and the wait seems like it will take FOREVER. I buy the cheap internet pg tests so will start testing with those around 9dpo (when I got a BFP with my last two babes), and have a FRER to confirm at 13 or 14dpo if I get a BFP! biggrinbounce.gif

Good luck everyone! dust.gif

I'm out, ladies...Today was my seventh test and my fifth BFP (but the first truly clear one). Hoping this little sprite sticks and lots of baby dust to those of you still wishing and hoping for your own little sprites!!

As cool as it's been, I'm really hoping I have no reason to be back in this thread for at least a couple years (meaning...here's hoping this one sticks)!!

I'm 2WW'ing it too. 7DPO. Feeling no symptoms yet. I keep squeezing my boobs; that was the tell sign when I was pregnant with my son.

I think teenage girls have way more fertile days and EWCM than women in their 20s and 30s, so sperm has a better shot of connecting with an egg. Hence all those accidental pregnancies.

No such luck with women I know. We all chart religiously and use OPKs to have success and even then it's a crap shoot.

Texanromantic, congratulations on your BFP!  joy.gif

I am five days past O and I just feel nauseous.  Last night before I went to bed, my stomach was queasy too.  Maybe?  Breasts are still a bit tender as well.  Waiting...waiting...waiting...

AFM.... temps are still up, and have actually been on the rise again. I'm still getting super tired and have had a few crampies in my pelvic area and some (.)(.) soreness.. we shall see though. Again my hopes aren't too high yet. I don't want to be set up for disappointment.

But good luck everyone! And Congrats once again to Texanromantic!!!

Congrats Texanromatic!

AFM I am pretty sure AF is showing up. I started spotting really late last night, went to nothing, now back to light spotting. I had been having a 14 day lp but today is only 12dpo. Hope you all get better news than me!

Sorry to hear that AF is about to arrive, MaryKGrove.  I am still waiting....I am 6 DPO.  My temp did a dip today so maybe it is "implantation day".

Ava's Mama, I keep comparing my chart to this recent "pregnant" chart of another lady http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/hokievol

It seems at 12 DPO her temp went up higher than all previous temps.  I saw on your chart you are on day 10 (you must temped already this morning).  I think her temp should go up a little more or at least stay there.  I am 8 DPO.  When I overlayed my chart on yours and centered it on our ovulation dates and our coverlines our temp profiles were similar 5DPO to 8 DPO.  Here is to hoping!

Hi Lilac...I am not that familiar with how to overlay my chart.  My temps are still way up...11 DPO now.  FF says I should wait until 18 DPO to test, that seems crazy, doesn't it?  When are you testing?

RenoKirbyButtrs, your high temps are so close to your low temps.  Makes it hard to tell, doesn't it.

Ava's Mama, click on the link http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/hokievol, then go to the May 19 2011 chart, under neath it there is a button that says "overlay your chart", you want to pin at "ovulation and coverline", average curve would be "none", and click on the "select" box next to the cycle you want to compare.

I like the feature to overlay all my cycles to see what my average temp is too.  That is "Analysis", "Chart overlay", then you pick what you like to analyse your cycles.  I love it to give me a good idea of whether my temp is in the ball park or not.

Hi, i just saw this thread and thinking I should have posted my earlier post here LOL...

I'm at 19 DPO, negative test, no preggo symptoms, still high temps... I'm wondering what is keeping AF to show up this late if I'm not preggo.  My avg LP is 11 days.

Here is my chart.  What do you all think?  Did I O'ed like FF said?

Lilac - I know, and I don't know how to interpret that. No other charts I see look that way. And they are so low overall; only a few times have I made it over 97 degrees, even now. Yours is looking good. When do you plan to test? No pressure! orngbiggrin.gif

This morning FF took my crosshairs away -- and my temp was the same today as it was yesterday! I decided I just wasn't having that and discarded the temperature Sheepish.gif. Maybe because I did it 45 min early and slept with my mouth open all night, maybe just because I am stubborn and in denial. In any case, I have been legitimately over the coverline for 10 out of 11 days, and it's still too early to give up on the BFP. Plus I feel different, and maybe it's just AF coming but I would prefer that to 25 days of nothing occurring in my body. (This is my attempt at being positive...can you tell? wink1.gif)

Reno, do you have any past cycles on fertility friend to compare to?  You should try the analysis feature of overlaying several of your charts to get an idea of what is normal for you.  I am sure there is someone out there with thermal shifts that are just the 0.2 to 0.4 degrees F that FF says is enough to say that ovulation happened.

10 DPO and my temp is still up, even a little higher than my "average"  http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/LilacVioletIris

I feel like throwing up after eating breakfast and I felt fine before hand.  It crossed my mind to test today but I didn't put a cup to catch FMU in the bathroom last night and I had to go pee so bad this morning (I went out to eat for my first wedding anniversary last night and drank 2 huge cups of pink lemonade).  My DH and I were so tired last night, we just fell asleep after eating out.  I feel pretty energetic today though after 9 hours of sleep.  Wait and see tomorrow where my temp goes, down or up higher.  Day 11 or 12 is when my temp usually drops.

I'm 3 dpo, with a slow rise as well. Which is odd, since I usually spike up 1 full degree then fallback.

MomofIrish - Love the nails!

Lilac - This is my first cycle charting, and I haven't had a period in years because I was on Mirena. Things look better today though. I will be a little excited just to have a 28-32 cycle, since they were 40+ the last time my body did this on its own. I can see with your overlay how your temp is higher than average right now -- very exciting!

I did get another BFN today, yuck. But I noticed creamy CM and had a higher temp today too. I have had a little bit of some kind of CM this whole time but never enough to accurately classify it, especially being new at this. My hopes are up and I want to test again tonight! This morning I was telling myself I'd skip a day. This will be a test of willpower!

How is everyone else feeling?

Hi!  I am 12 DPO here and I had to fight myself not to test this AM.  I am trying to wait until Thursday (14 DPO) but FF is telling me to test on 18 DPO!!  Here is my chart...temps are still way up.

I don't really know what normal is for me because the only other time I have charted was 1 cycle prior to my MC in June, so I don't know what a regular ovulatory cycle would look like compared to a pregnancy cycle.

This morning I was getting this crampy feeling that usually only comes after my temp drop.  Is AF on the way?  I am not sure with my temps still up.  Tomorrow will be telling.

Reno, I am glad you are getting some "normal".  Hopefully something good will come of it.

Ava's Mama, I think FF says 18 days specifically because they don't have enough data to base your luteal phase on, so I would wait and see a few more days.  I am an anti-POAS woman, no reason to waste a HPT if I can wait and see my temp fall.  This morning I almost caved.  But I will wait until tomorrow morning since today is just 10 DPO.  I went and looked at my symptoms last month and I was crampy then too, 2 days before.  Guess I will continue on the waiting...

I'm back in the 2 WW.  6-7 dpo and IUI.  No symptoms, but I'm hopeful.

Yoyonana -- are you back in the 2WW too?
