I am almost 5 weeks pregnant but I have been experiencing light bleeding and cramping for over a week.  I found out today I have low progesterone and a low hcg in the 360s.  I am suppose to go tomorrow and get my hcg rechecked. Is it too late for a progesterone supplement?  Should I just let it go and deal with the impending miscarriage.

I was wrong my hcg level was 396 and my progesterone level was 3.53.  Any thought would be helpful!

My doctor told me it would be fine to start progesterone once I'd got a BFP rather than taking it in the 2ww, so I think it would be fine to take it now.

I'm guessing your doctor will decide depending on if your HCG has gone up?

Your original post was 3 days ago, did you get some progesterone?
