I had an OBGYN visit today.  Because of mid cycle spotting, a short LP, and no fertile CM, she thinks I don't have enough estrogen.  She has recommended that I take Folate (B9? I'm guessing) and Estradiol daily, as well as continue B6 and prenatal.

When I looked up Estradiol it said sometimes it can be used as a morning after pill??? and that it can cause defects to a fetus if taking when pregnant???

Am I missing something?  Has anyone taken estradiol?  Any thoughts?  THANKS SO MUCH!!!!
