I stopped taking my generic brand, regular BCP's in August. I still have not had a period. About the 15th-18th every month, I break out and have cramps as if I am about to start it, but never do. I had a CBC and my thyroid checked last week and every thing came back perfect and normal, including my sugar. I am 21 years old, don't smoke, vegetarian and not overweight. My doctor simple said "Some people take longer than others to get back on track." and moved on. Its been 8 months now, has this happened to anyone else? Is there anything I can do to help this? Thanks
Try a good whole foods b complex too!
