Do you take Maca? There is an old thread about using it to TTC. I was wondering what people are doing now. My main question is how much. The thing is that I think different brands have different concentrations. I read to take up to 2000mg but on th rebottle I just bought a serving is 1 teaspoon which is 5000mg! Then I also read you can use it in baking etc but why would you ever need to? I mean it is pretty easy to take 1/2 or 1 tsp a day. Also, if you cooked with it then you wouldn't really know how much you ate.
