I'm so frustrated.  I got pregnant late Jan.  I found out it was a blighted ovum at the end of March and had a D&C on April 5.  On April 16 my midwife said my ovaries were tender because I was going to ovulate soon and on the 18 I got a positive OPK on the 19 it was negative.  We DTD late on the 18.  Based off my normal 14 day luteal phase my period should have been here May 3rd.  I have had some cramping but no spotting.  I'm using FRER tests but keep getting BFNs.  Any ideas?

First of all so sorry for your loss.

Sounds like you had an LH surge (your body trying to gear up to ovulate), but that doesn't guarantee an egg will be released. I know after one of my M/C I had EWCM and +OPK but didn't have appropriate BBT rise to confirm O. Next cycle I was back on track and ovulated with no problem. Some women ovulate as normal 1st cycle after M/C, some take a cycle or two to get back on track.
