ShawnaMarie, that looks positive to me!!  Congratulations!!

I wanted to introduce myself.  I'm Tenk, I've been here many times before but it's a bit different this time.  This month we are going to actually TRY since the last 5 months we weren't trying or preventing.  My cycle the last 5 cycles has been pretty weird.  My usual "normal" is 31 days with a 12 day LP but the last 5 cycles have varied from 27 to 34 days and I'm terribly confused.  Our last son passed away at 18+ weeks pregnant and things just don't seem to be normalizing. My period is heavy and bad for about 2-3 days then slows down and for example, today is day 5 and I bleeding bright red like a fresh cut or scrape after barely bleeding yesterday at all.  My obstetrical history is high risk as well.  Baby # 4 was stillborn at 38 weeks, baby # 5 was a c-section and ruptured uterus, baby # 6 was emergency c-section at 33 weeks, and baby # 7 passed at 18+ weeks and a D&E required.  I'm just worried now that we won't be able to conceive and I just don't want my fertility to end with my son's death :(

Can you put me in waiting to O, please?  Thanks everyone :)

ShawnaMarie--- that is a positive for sure!! Those are exactly what my first ones looked like and now they are nice and dark!! yay congrats.

Studyingstones--too funny.

BaileyB You are just the best, I love your positive attitude and pray that this is your month as well as for all you other TTC'ers

AFM - I have my first appt July 17, and I am still getting BFP. I still cannot believe it, we are very excited. I have definitely been irritable, bloated and some funky cramping but other then that feeling pretty normal.

Sending baby dust and hopes for some 50 shades of grey BD for all you <3<3<3

Thanks, delilabeau and Tenk! Delilahbeau, congrats on your ongoing BFPs! How many have you taken up to this point? I'm with you - just light symptoms (just some fatigue, moodiness, and acne) at this point which makes it kind of hard for me to believe. I'm almost afraid that I'm going to wake up tomorrow and get a BFN.

Tenk, I'm sorry to hear you have so much confusion and heartbreak with your fertility these days. I wish I had some advice to give you. Has your doctor been able to give you any answers or treatment options?

By the way, here is a photo of my FMU stick on a white background this morning. This is like twenty minutes later (when I had the idea to change the background color) but I don't think the line was any darker in real life. I think this is a clear sign that I'm beginning to obsess a bit. Also, I usually do crossfit a couple of times a week which incorporates some intense cardio and weightlifting. Should I back off on that? Would it keep this from sticking?

Shawnamarie my first positive was DPO10 and it looked very similar to yours I tested everyday and the line just kept getting stronger and stronger. I am now DPO19 and very positive. I am also a food geek and in my mid 30's, sounds like we have some things in common and now hopefully pregnancy!

Tank I am so sorry for all your heart ache. My thoughts and prayers go out to you.

Shawnamarie, it sure looks like a BFP to me, congrats! As for the exercise part: who knows. I knew a lady who took spin class (hardcore) till the end. Myself, I've decreased my exercise quite a bit, partly because I've wondered if that's what's keeping me from getting pregnant. I'm on the low end of ideal weight, if that helps inform your decision.

Tenk, that sounds frustrating and I was sorry to read you're having such a hard time with fertility and trying to get your body to do what it's supposed to do naturally. I wish you all the best in TTC this time around.

AFM: hanging out in 2WW, trying not to read into symptoms but leaning towards AF coming soon...

Congratulations Shawnamarie!  Definitely a BFP.

AFM, I finally got positive OPKs last night and this morning :)  On to the TWW.  Can you please move me to Waiting to Know?

Loving my husband and our beautiful daughter.  TTC baby #2!

ShawnMarie - looks like a positive to me! I got my first bfp on dpo12. I just stopped taking them a few days ago (now dpo19) & they just kept getting darker. So fingers crossed.

AFM - still feeling fine. We're getting ready to go on vacation tomorrow for a week, so I might be out of the loop for a bit. I'm going to go ahead and post next week's thread now so I don't forget. I look forward to hearing some more good news soon!

Congrats ShawnMarie and Sugar Plum on your lines. Hopefully they stick!

Tenk, I'm sorry you've had such a tough time with your fertility. I hope you get some answers that help.

AFM, I'm on cd12, expecting to O any day now. DH and I booked a night in Niagara Falls for some romance and some fun at the casino next weekend. I suspect it'll be past my O date, but time away together is always nice and we can just be D'ing, not BD'ing, lol.
I offered to be DD to and from the casino just in case (and hopefully for a good reason!).

Just me and DS.

ShawnMarie and Sugar Plum -- CONGRATS!!!!

AFM--Still AF-less.  1 week, 1 day late today.  Moody, bloating, light nausea on occasion, starving 30 minutes after eating a meal, EXHAUSTED.  Not good news for us.  Testing on Monday  Please send AF dust and BFN dust.  (That said, having waited my whole life for a family, I am seriously struggling between maternal awe and "oh sh--, we really can't do this right now". dizzy.gif)

Congrats Shawnmarie & Sugarplum, I see lines too! As for exercise, I know in my last pregnancy I continued doing what I had been doing just paying close attention to my body and slowing down or stopping if I was overtiring. You can overtire quickly sometimes and then as pregnancy advances you have to watch out for big weight lifting and unusual stretches since you are pretty unbalanced and your body gets stretchier and you don't want to hurt yourself. I would say ask your doctor, but most doctors go way overboard with limiting exercise IME during pregnancy.

Tenk, I hope things get sorted out for you, have you talked to your care provider? I know it can be a pain to get in touch with them sometimes, but it sounds like it might be worthwhile in your case.

sleepingbeauty, sending AF dust and BFN dust your way!

CD7 today for me, getting closer! Looks this end of this week and this weekend will likely be good times for BDing!

How wonderful to see all the BFPs this month! I'd like to add myself to the list. I got my very faint BFP two mornings ago and I still have a pink line. Not sure if it's getting darker (I'm 13 DPO) and I'm feeling crampy, but I have hope. Pics below: A Dollar Store cassette and an Early-Pregnancy-Tests.com test. What do you think given the cramping? Period due on Thursday.  Hope everyone is doing well!

Hi magoodoggy,

I definitely think I see a faint line there! I'm definitely no expert on those types of tests though, so I'd look to the expertise of the other ladies around here.

We're all currently hanging out in the new One thread, July 1-7. Come join us there!

Just me and DS.

Magoodoggy - I see a line for sure on the early pregnancy test one and I *think* I see a line on the dollar store test.

This week is so busy I still don't have time to write much but I will get back in touch this weekend or next week.

<-------Also, this is my DD! Claira!

Thanks for the warm welcome ladies, it's nice to be back in the game so to speak.  We just moved from NC to SC at the end of May and my OB and MFM that I was with since 2006 are back there.  I live near Savannah GA but in SC and I live in a semi small town (lots of tourists) and am pretty sure I will have to go to GA for an MFM.  I have to see an MFM due to my uterine rupture, and it's time for my annual PAP.  So I just can't decide if I should try to find some high risk OB/MFM to do my GYN stuff and ask questions then or look for a GYN and then move to MFM ... gosh I don't even know how this works.

Congratulations to all the BFP's
