My husband and I are currently living in different states due to our work situation. It's hard in a lot of ways, but it's only for the next year...hopefully. Anyway, the next time we get to see each other is December, I haven't started charting yet, but I am going to right away. By December I'll hopefully have a good idea of when I'm fertile but we're pretty much planning on having sex every single day we're together. Ha!

I realize that, biologically, you're only fertile for three days maximum, but is there any harm (fertility-wise) to be had in having sex really frequently? Most men "replenish" their supply after 24 hours, right? I know you can't plan these things but we are really trying to get me pregnant on this December visit.

I'm also exercising and being really careful about my diet, so all the other standard stuff.

Thanks for the help ladies!

Provided that he doesn't have a low count or anything, sex daily is just fine. :)  Good luck!

My husband has varicoscele, and the jury is out on how that affects fertility. I guess we'll just have to try and see how it goes. I'm using Ova Ova to chart so hopefully we can "hit the nail on the head" when it comes to my side of things. Any tips on what he ought to be doing to increase our chances of success?
