My LP is 12 days and I've read it should be 12 days minimum, so after looking into how to lengthen it I've read people take Vitamin B6. How much should I look for in a supplement? I've got a 50mg one to try first, but have read some take 100mg... can anyone tell me how much you take and if it has helped your LP?

10 days is long enough to allow implantation, so you have nothing to worry about. If you really want to take b6 to make it longer, start with 50mg and see if that helps then increase the following cycle if it doesn't.
