Hi my friends!

Toothfairy - I am still happy dancing over here... and your DH needs to hurry home so we can start talking about due dates! (bwahahaha) I'm so excited for you!!

Sila - What a beautiful little bambino! So you're letting the gender thing be a surprise, right? Or was that toothfairy? Or both? I know you *think* it's a boy...

Skj - How's baby girl, doing? Is she doing somersaults yet? Are you starting to think about names now??

Bebe - anyone heard from bebe?? I'm thinking she is due around now?

Lucille - glad to hear things are still plugging along... sorry about the sickness and dh's lack of understanding... I would think by now technology would have provided us with a way to make men physically experience what women experience... because, honestly, that's the only way they can empathize is if they have felt it themselves... otherwise they think we are being wimpy!

Look at all the preggos we have on here! Maybe it's time for roster to keep track!

Jpack - curious how your first days of classes are going. You sound so excited... I love that feeling. I haven't felt that turned on professionally in a LONG time. But I'm trying to tell myself it's ok... I need a little mindlessness in my work while dealing with all this IF nonsense!

Daurelia - how are things on your end?? I know you had a big interview and a possible bfp? I hope at least one of those worked out for you! I know you were talking about taking time away from TTC... and, honestly, if I were your age I'd totally be doing that myself... You definitely have time on your side and whatever you need to do to get back to feeling like "you", I say DO IT! I could identify so much with what you said about how IF has affected you...

Sherry - Ah, yes, the crazy making 2ww. Since starting up all this IVF stuff and coming to terms with the fact that this is just NOT going to happen for me without major intervention... I've had a bit of a break from the crazy 2ww for quite awhile. Can't say that I miss it! Hope you and DH are back to good!

Chourd - So what's the word??? It sounds like something exciting might be happening in that uterus of yours??

Chrissy - I'm so sorry about the bfn. Hope you enjoyed that jack and coke! Hoping June brings some nice resolutions to ds and momma issues. You deserve some relief!

afm - just biding my time this cycle. started testosterone priming. no side effects to speak of (thank god!) otherwise, just waiting to O and then I'll have a better idea of when I start my next cycle... thinking of you ladies lots!

Sila - That is one gorgeous baby!!!

shell - Yay for a stress free life. That sounds amazing. I think of you often. Thanks for checking in!

Indie - I think I'm feeling baby move. It's so hard to tell b/c I have lots of gas (lovely, I know), but I think I feel her. We already have a name picked out. But, I am currently in love with the name Noa. DH didn't veto it shockingly, but since Noah is such a popular boys name, I don't want to torture my DD with that name. I love it though. It's the number 1 name is Israel. I also really like the name Nina, but it's my MIL's dog's name, so that's out smile.gif

I'm so excited that you aren't having any testosterone side effects. Have you noticed an increase in strength wink1.gif

TF - Still just beaming for you.

Bebe - Any updates?

Lucille - Sorry you are feeling so ick, but yay for feeling ick at the same time!

AFM - I met with my doula last night. It was exciting an terrifying to talk about labor and birth. I still can't imagine that ever happening. The spotting has been coming and going. I haven't had any since Saturday. My OB said it could be due to the blood thinners. So, when a tiny blood vessel breaks, the blood would normally be reabsorbed, but in my case, it doesn't get reabsorbed as fast, so I have some spotting. Sounds like a decent reason. I've been trying to just not look for spotting since there is nothing I can do about it. My next appt is June 11. I'm trying really hard to not go in before then. Also, I announced at work today. Scary.

S (35yo) wife to T (36yo) and mamma to my princess M (5/10/10).  After 3 losses in 2012, found an AMAZING doctor and gave birth to baby sister S on 11/12/13.

There looks to me to be a shadowy something on the right hand one - but more a blue than a line... I'm with sila - try again in a few days!

SKJ - congrats on announcing at work - I can only imagine how huge a step that would have felt...

Indie - glad that you are zen and enjoying some head space!

Shell, Lucille - hi ladies!

Daurelia - how did the job interview go?

Sila - have you started spreading the word yet?

Hugs to all I've slackly not done personals for...

Afm - spoiler - dont read if youre having a happy day... Had my gp visit yeaterday, talked her through everything, she confirmed my thoughts that on Wednesday (before and after my interview) I had an early miscarriage. The cramping was so painful I could barely walk, and the (tmi) bleeding typically lumpy. However although I was a little upset at the time - I never thought I had a chance this month, and it was only at 22dpo so early and much less traumatic than later on... I even worked out (eventually) that when Ranee said he's here to stay - it means he'll wait around till the physical is right, so I'm telling myself I only lost the shell and baby is still waiting (bizarre but working for me) today is two days later and my tummy muscles still feel beat up... Otherwise I'm getting ready for my next job interview (Monday) lol I only applied for 4, apparently when you apply for jobs you are overqualified for its easy to get interviews!

I'll be back to extra cheerful personals in a few days, all is well - I'd just thrown my heart in and am working on patching it up... I know you all understand.

me 40, DH 40, one (TTC since November 2012) At least one confirmed chem.Ivf #1 march 2014 - 6 day 6 blasts, bfn, 4 frosties. Ivf #2 may, cancelled, Ivf #3 July two transferred, 3 frosties... BFP! Scan at 6+4 wks - twins!! Feeling more blessed than words!

(Pardon my droid) 99.89 a whole degree plus higher than usual. It also occurred to my that I do not have my usual PMS symptoms....haven't even thought about chocolate. Hurry up morning.

Bulk would be good chourd but I think this was my last dance...back on the wagon for me. So I will indulge in some full on obsessing for a couple more hours...and decide to take another progesterone or skip it.

Tf I will send. I am so glad your dh will soon be home!!! Are you still testing?

Sherry - I know you're a test-a-holic. lol Try your best to step away from the tests for the night and have a go in the morning.

TF - I'm with Sherry on being glad DH will be home tomorrow.

Chourd  - Hugs to you for all you're going through. Mom's surgery is next Friday. Taking her to another preop appointment early tomorrow. Supposedly have someone coming to ds's appointment Saturday to help keep him busy while I talk to doctor. Luckily Mom'll be there but he's way hard for her to handle. Fingers crossed person comes through.

AFM - CD3. DS wanted me to get in the pool with him and I didn't. I didn't want to "chum" it up. roflmao Okay. So, he had fun as I ran around the outside of it splashing him and such. I've also decided that no matter if my next bfp sticks or not, I am done.

Chrissy- I hate to swim with AF too... Good luck with the appt for your son & your mom.

Sherry- boo. Give it another few days- I'm sending strong baby vibes your way.

Tested today. Darker than Wednesday but not as dark as I expected. Telling myself with an FET they produce lower hcg & not panicking. So happy I don't have a beta today. I'm going to get a digital test for DH tonight. I'll keep using the cheapies every other day. Still no real symptoms. A little constant dull heartburn & constant dull lower back ache. No more cramps, even my boobs just feel blah, different but still not like omg my boobs are sore!

Sherry - sucks, but I'm with TF. Baby vibes headed your way.

TF- with DD, my boobs were so sore. This time, even with all the meds, my boobs never got sore. I get ocassional pain, but that only started at 6+ weeks. In fact, I didn't really feel much until about then. I do remember cramping abt a week after my bfp. This pregnancy has been totally different from the last one, so I don't think you can even compare. Also, wondfos were never dark for me.

TF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Chuord, I'm so sorry... I've had a few cycles like that where I didn't test but I was pretty sure there was implantation and then something went wrong.

Sherry, sorry about your BFN.

Hi everyone!!!!

My double-punch two week wait is over, the results are in: BFN and I GOT THE JOB!!!

The job is amazing, it's exactly what I want to be doing with my career, my interview was great and I like the people. It's a 20% bump in salary and a lot of great little side benefits. (including shorter commute and better location!).

Feeling really ambivalent about the BFN. The good news is, this new protocol really did something-- my 14 DPO numbers were great (71 progesterone, 103 estradiol)!  Not sure why it didn't work... but the doc thinks we are absolutely on the right track. The nurse just straight up promised me that they will get me pregnant someday.

And yet I think we're going to take the rest of the summer off TTC, and maybe the fall, too. I don't know. I have a LOT on my plate right now. This new job is going to mean a lot of learning the ropes. There's going to be a decent amount of travel too.  Also hubby and I have a two week European vacation in August and I want to be relaxed and enjoy it. I mean, what if I got pregnant and had another miscarriage while learning the new job or on vacation?? I mean, I can't shy away from this forever, and I have to take the risk at having a miscarriage again... but with so much going on I think I need a break.

My husband really wants us to take a break. He really wants kids, more than I do even, but he also hates to see me suffer like this.

Most of all right now I'm feeling like my life is moving forward again for the first time in a long time. Yes it's career forward, not family forward, but I'm so excited.

Happily married for 5 years. Tried for our first baby 6/2011, got preg right away, and miscarried. Took a 4 month break, and then had nothing but infertility & a few early miscarriages until 12/2012 when we learned I had a lumpy edge in my uterus. Doc removed it and now we are trying again....

Daurelia- CONGRATS on the new job! That is wonderful news! I know I said it before but I totally understand your taking a break, especially with all of those thngs ahead of you. What did you do differently this cycle to get your numbers up so good? It sounds like when you are ready to start trying again you are in a great place. I'm sorry this month didn't work out and I'm looking forward to when you start trying again to celebrate a swift BFP!

SKJ- Thanks :) I know I should be grateful that right now I feel good, especially knowing that by week 7 I felt pretty crummy last time. It is just not having that reassurance that baby is growing. I will have to go stalk some old pages to see how others felt after FET.

C + B + 10y together, 6y married, 5y TTC endometriosis, Hashimoto's thyroiditis, 4 miscarriages
IVF x3, FET x3 & IVF wPGD FETx1 gave us our miracle twins (and 4 frosties)
Never give up on a dream just because of the time it will take to accomplish it. The time will pass anyway.
