Definitely feeling discouraged this week. I don't know if I could *not* keep track. Even if I wasn't, I know when I'm ovulating, etc. Ugh.

@BirthFree I O on the 15th day, and have been for the last 6 months. Knowing hasn't seemed to have helped me much, but being able to relax about the process is freeing; not temping has made me enjoy my time more. I know what works for me isn't what's going to help the next person...but I needed a change, to try a different approach.

Good luck KMFX for all of us forty-something ladies!

Yeah, I may have to try something soon...
Do you ladies have people you talk to about this in person at all?

I don't have anyone to talk to IRL about this. You ladies are all I have at the moment. 😊

Is anyone good at interpreting chart information? This month my temp was super stable (like literally level) until I got a fever... on the luteal phase it plummeted on day 10 and has remained .1 degree above my coverline for 3 days. I started vitex (a liquid concentrate) and I think that was my first part of the chart being so level... (and because of my fever I can't be 100% sure I ovulated but it felt like it)... but the major drop so "early"...?

Does that suggest I didn't ovulate? Or a progesterone issue?

@MeanVeggie Ok I put it here. My coverline is one box below my current temps. The +\- signs at the bottom were OPKs.

I had a fever for 6 days (the day after the drop is when it started)

Based off your chart temps @BirthFree it looks like you O on CD13/CD14. I'm guessing CD14, was taken at a different time? I see your last (+) OPK on CD15, so that's rather confusing with the clear temp shift the previous day(s). I don't use OPKs, so please take that with a grain of salt.

I suspect AF will arrive for you tomorrow, as your temps are edging closer to your coverline. 😒 At least, that's what happens typically for me each month.

Are you spotting? If not, I wouldn't be overly concerned with low progesterone. I can't see your temps so its hard to know if your P is low without seeing them. I knew mine were low because my pre O temps were well below 97.8 and post was maybe slightly higher than 98.1. Those were both too low for me.

@MeanVeggie
I take my temps at 4:10am every day, (it's what time I get up for work). That temp shift happened because of a fever IMO... I've never had them so high.

I took a screen shot with temp lines but couldn't get the whole chart in there... hopefully you can see them...

Vitex seemes to have helped my low bbt. I started taking it late December and in less than a month my temps stayed higher and have remained so. Maybe keep taking it and let's see what your next cycle holds? I think its excellent for low P. Good luck!
