Hi everyone!!! Gosh this board is so busy it's hard to keep up with everyone!!! I still haven't figured out how to quote multiple people...so congrats to jjh!!! And anyone I missed!!!

So I guess I'm not sure I'm out now?? Af only stuck around for about two hours yesterday (and it wasn't really bright red, just heavier spotting it seemed, maybe?) and now she's gone...ughh so frustrating!! So if you all would please be so kind as to sound off..,what should I do? Test? Not test? Call my dr? (I'm supposed to go for day 3 bw) thanks!!!

Ahhh! Congrats jjh! Sooo excited for you!

And exited for you also Larski! I see the lines and am keeping my fx for you!

Thanks everyone for the sweet welcome back messages. I'm happy to be on the mend.... Here's my chart: http://www.fertilityfriend.com/m/home.php/41dc0b Really hopeful for this cycle despite the early loss last cycle. Toying with the idea of using a little progesterone cream... Thoughts anyone? I have a lot of typical estrogen dominance symptoms and from what I have read it won't hurt things to use the cream even if I don't absolutely need it. Would love to know what you all think?

arrrrrrgh  The closer I get to my expected arrival of AF (or hopefully not, more accurately), the crazier I go.  The less focused I am on everything else.  I'm beyond torn about whether or not to try and test in the morning (2 days before) or just wait it out.  I can't help but be scared of how disappointed I'm going to be if it's negative.  I don't deal well with failure, never have, and that's what this will feel like.  I know DH is trying his best to help me not worry about it or feel bad or anything like that, but I can't help it.  This feels like the only safe outlet I have right now for this anxiety.

We all definitely understand. If you're this close and haven't tested, I would try to wait it out. Also, though, your stress can delay AF, too, so keep that in mind! Try some deep breathing and positive thoughts... It'll keep you a little more sane hopefully!

Thanks, jjh.  :)  Well, I tested mid-afternoon on Monday so I was expecting that negative.  That was 5 days out and not first morning urine.  I really wanted to just use up the test since it was supposed to expire in September.

Part of me wanting to test early is so that if I do get a BFP, I can enjoy it for myself for a couple of days.  DH is fully aware that AF is supposed to come on Saturday and that I'll be testing on Sunday if she doesn't arrive.  I don't know...  Maybe I should just get back to work (one of the things I can't focus on hehe).

Okay, I ran to the store on my lunch break and bought a 2-pack of tests.  I'll do one secretly tomorrow for myself, and I'll save the other one for Sunday morning if AF doesn't come Saturday.  I promise to report back with tomorrow's results!!

Jjh - woohoo that is fantastic!!!! So happy for you, it's great news to wake up to 😃🎉🎈🎉🎈🎉🎈🎉🎈🎉🎈🎉🎈🎉🎈🎉
Re insurance not sure how it works there, but here I'm sure that since you already have cover - you could possibly talk to the insurance company and staying with the same one move to an account of your own? If that's what you prefer, otherwise my thoughts are your parents won't mind - they obviously kept you on coz they care and want to make sure you're covered.
Everyone else - hi there 😃 Laramie watching for your next tests...
Afm - busy day today, but I'm soo tired, I feel sinusy and am hoping still although no 'symptoms' to date 😞 it's sad isn't it how a little nausea and pain in the tww are so promising!

Lol dahlia! I'm only 6dpo, and I prob have a 12-14 lp... So a long wait yet! I go between hopeful and sure there's nothing going on... The joys of the tww! I have 25 wondfos that are 10 hcg sensitive so I'll probably start wasting them around 8-9 dpo 😜😝 since its making me crazy already I may as well have fun!
How are you going??

Thoughts on testing before AF is due, tomorrow will be 6 days before she is scheduled, having some symptoms, dying to test! What's the best test? I've read FRER can detect up to 6 days prior to missed AF? Anyone used those? What about dollar tree test? Thoughts please! And good luck to all@

It really depends on how many days your luteal phase is. If you are 6 days prior to AF but you have a 16 day LP then you would be 10DPO and have a small chance of getting an accurate test result. I would wait until the day before AF is expected at the earliest (as hard as that is).

AFM: 3DPO today, not much to talk about :)

I am good. Waiting to O which may not be until early next week, if it is anything like last month (CD 20). Taking the more laid back approach and not saying much to DH about it, so we will see if things get timed right. That is hard b/c I want to tell him that we need to BD all weekend. 😁 Trying not to get myself worked up about it by focusing on losing some weight right now. Always great to hear from u!

Hey ladies, I have a question. Yesterday was 10dpo and all day I felt these prickly crampy feelings that I'm pretty sure were coming from my uterus, as opposed to my cervix. It was definitely different from AF cramps and not related to my cervix. It was a very new sensation. I thought it was maybe cramps from me talking my progesterone vaginally this month, and maybe it was. But I when checked my cervix yesterday, it brought on a little cramping that was AFish. So I don't think my weird prickly cramps were cervix related. Also, and maybe this is TMI, I'm sure my prickle cramps were not tummy related, as they were not really happening in that part of my body and I felt the cramps both before and after I used the bathroom. Also, I'm not spotting yet, and that is a miracle in itself. That means the progesterone is working. Woohoo!

So here's my question- IF what I was feeling was implantation, how soon after that would I have a positive test? I was bad and I took a Dollar Tree test (25 mIU/ml) this morning (11dpo) and it was BFN. Does that mean I'm out?

Ugh, why do I do this to myself? lol.

Married to my high school sweetheart. We have four awesome kids.

Oxford - I never have had any symptoms prior to a BFP with any of my three pregnancies/babies. I felt as normal as can be until 7 weeks, then whammo! Morning sickness arrives.

Chourd - I didn't know there were tests that sensitive!

Lyterae - I hope your wait goes by quickly. This cycle I distracted myself by learning new eyeshadow application techniques on Pinterest. This coming from someone who doesn't really ever wear makeup. haha

Ay3651 - I learned about pregnancy tests by reading the peeonastick website. But it looks like site hasn't been updated in awhile. I've been using $tree tests, but I can't speak for how well they work. I just discovered the Countdown to Pregnancy website, and they have lots of test reviews and info.

Livnkadesmom - I hope you get that egg! smile.gif

Thanks mamablue. I will hold slight hope for this month, I don't think I'll be too disappointed if it doesn't work tho. Last month I had every early sign known to woman (or google) and got very disappointed. I feel like I'm not really in the game this month. Still, last month I has signs and that was BFN so we'll see

Anyhow! Your signs sound very promising!!!
I don't know what implantation feels like, however I am very excited for you :-)
Please keep us all posted, I'm sending you lots of baby dust!!

Thanks, chuord! I know!! I'm going to test again on Sunday with DH. Nobody knows about this one except you guys. I wanted to savor this by myself for a couple of days so if AF really doesn't come on Saturday I'll test more "publicly". hehe I'm so stoked! This is our first, and our first try even!! ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Congrats, Ultra! Nothing like quick success!

AFM, I am 6 DPO, not feeling too impatient. But, guys, have you ever experienced getting into a big fight with your SO while you're in the TWW? It's really awful. I know I'll feel differently once we work things out, but at the moment I'm not wanting to have another baby with DH at all. And then I feel guilty, and wonder if I'm going to repell this pregnancy with my stress and negativity.

Blah. I'm going to test on Sunday, I think.
