I'm pretty sure I'm 4dpo. Anyone have any insight to this? My cp is high and closed now and I have white lotiony cm.

Hi there fawnanddoe. Hmm, with the data you have thus far in your pic, I don't think O can be confirmed yet. From what I can tell you haven't had the significant temp rise that's been sustained for at least three days. As you input more temps the picture should become clearer. Did you start temping 3/23? What has your CF and CP been like the day you suspect you O'd and prior?

Thought I should add that I use the rules of FAM. These say that you look for the first temp that's at least 2/10's higher than the highest of your previous six temps then you should have sustained high temps for at least three days to confirm O. So even not counting the 3/24 spike (do you think that's an off temp?) it doesn't look like this is what has happened yet.

I started 3/23. That temp was really low. I suspect that I O'd on the 28th because of O pain on my left side, CM, and CP. I've never really had EWCM but I've always had slippery clear CM. DD was also a little painful for me. I have been checking my cervix. I also have + OPK's for the 2 days prior to the 28th and then one day after. Since then I have had cramping.

I used to know what my body was doing. Now I don't! I hate it so much. I will never get an IUD again! Right now I am cramping, so either AF is coming. If she does come at least I will have a clean slate to start with!

Now my CM is milky white, some of it was sticky, some of it was lotiony.

Positive OPKs mean that your body is gearing up to O, but it doesn't confirm an O. O pains are the same way. With infertile CM, I'm not seeing any indication of ovulation yet.
