During my last 2 menstrual cycles, I had brown spotting when my period was due. It lasts for 2 days and then I get my regular period. I never had this before. DH and I will try to conceive our 3rd child this month. Should I be concerned? I'm 33 years old. TIA.

Sometimes spotting can be a sign of lower progesterone, but since it started out of the blue it's hard to say what causes it.  It could just be a shift that happens in your cycle as you are getting older. That doesn't mean you're old, just that our cycles change over the years.  I wouldn't say that it's really something to be concerned about unless you have trouble getting pregnant again.  It's something to note in your charting to see if it continues.  Good luck TTC!
