Married to my favorite man in '07. Our firstborn came along in April 2012 (HBC), and our second is on the way, due sometime in May 2014 (planning an HBAC).

Early in my cycle... Having a last drink and BD tomorrow. First time... "Trying" that is. Lol! Hubs is so cute, talking about babies while we were making dinner, wishing there was a high chair with a giggly babe in it and saying how he's gonna make breakfast every weekend and teach the kiddos. Damn, I wanna give him some babies!

Don't give up hope Jenny, it's still early! Fx for you!

Mrs.JJ- Maybe your O is a little late this cycle? I know the first half of my cycle can vary up to 5 days! Stress will make it worse though- relax and keep bding biggrinbounce.gif

Viddy- FX'd crossed for you!! hug.gif I'm so happy for you that dh is on board now and you can relax and enjoy the whole process.

Me- Well I tested today and got a bfn. 12 dpo it may be a slightly early but I'm pretty sure its accurate. I will test once more when af is due -3 more days. Then I'm going to stop all RE appointments and prescribed meds. I'm going to make a last ditch effort before IVF to get super healthy and lose some weight. Going to try Don Quai and acupuncture to see if that might help too. If none of that works by this fall we will go to Mexico and do IVF.

I know you're not hopeful, JustJenny, but I've still got my fingers crossed for you!

MrsJJ, how great that your husband is so gung ho! I wish mine were. He def. wants to have kids, but he's completely terrified at the thought of a real, live baby, lol.

As for me, I'm 6dpo and it's our first cycle of active trying. I'm trying not to get my hopes up too much. My suggested day to test is my grandmother's 90th birthday, and the whole family will be there to celebrate with her. I can't help thinking what a nice birthday present that would be for her, although of course we wouldn't tell everyone. But we'd probably whisper it in her ear, if it happened. Anyhow, it doesn't seem that likely to be a BFP since we took a transcontinental flight on my presumed O-day. I'm still temping even though people have said that with a 7-hour time change it won't be very accurate, but it actually looks pretty solid. Well, time will tell, I guess!

Justjenny- any news?

How's everyone else? MrsJJ- any sign of O yet? Faithrainbow- I hope you get to give your grandmother such a cool gift. I was hoping to tell our moms for mother's day next week that they will be grandmas in nine months.

AFM- sorry I was away for a couple days. We had a bridal shower for my sister this weekend so I was traveling and doing all the party stuff. A friend from high school just had a baby two weeks ago so I met up with her and played with her older kids and held her newborn boy on Friday. And my best friend from high school also happened to be in our hometown (we both live several hours from it now) so I got to have dinner with her and visit her parents and kids last night.  I'm 11DPO and while I felt hopeful up until today (I'm a notorious symptom spotter and have been seeing symptoms all week), but today, I have killer cramps and had a bit of spotting. While a couple of internet searches have indicated that this can actually be a pregnancy symptom, I am just feeling like it's probably AF arriving a bit early. I really feel awful, though. Tired, hot, thirsty, nauseous, can't stop peeing, etc.... And I'm at work, by myself, this afternoon and have a ton to do but really want to just take a nap. and turn up the AC. I guess I will probably know in a couple of days either way.

Hope everyone is doing well!

Oh, JustJenny!  That is some exciting news.  I hope you will get great numbers on your hcg blood test!

Librarygirl, I graduated myself before I passed off the list to you :)  I go in for my hopefully last visit with my RE on Tuesday. I hope there are still two little hearts beating.  I have been so hungry this last week.

Good news JustJenny!! Lots of sticky vibes for you!!

Sounds promising librarygirl!! Don't give up hope!!

Well I'm guessing I'm about 3dpo but it's hard to say, my temps are kinda wonky and not sure I really have the best quality cm but next month I'll drink lots of water and green tea... We shall see though, I guess it's not impossible.

Xposted: Got my beta blood test today and it was 125! For 4 weeks that's very good.  I have a ultrasound next tuesday to see how many sacs are in there joy.gif  Thank you all for your well wishes and support. It has been a very long 2 years ttc and you all have been the best! I still can't believe it! I don't feel anything other than the sore boobs and tiredness that have become the norm with the progesterone over the last 6 months. The only symptom I can pinpoint is a salt craving- its been very unusual for me wanting potato chips at 10 am. I'm such the sugar freak! Anyhow I'll keep you updated....

4dpo today... Worst headache ever! Not unusual just extra shitty cause usually I would take ibuprofen and it would go away but don't wanna risk it just in case. They get so bad if I don't take anything that I get nauseous and light sensitive, all I could do was pull a blanket over my head and wait it out.

Temp question: anyone else have their high temps in the 97s? Before O I am in the 96s and after in the 97s. I even checked today during my headache cause I was so hot but still 97s.

MrsJJ, that is exactly what happens with me. It makes things super easy-- above 97, after O. Below, before O.

Waiting... Last month I got a 50 pack of pregnancy tests. I was avoiding testing until now. At this point I want to know if I am having chemical pregnancies or early losses. I have about a week until my expected AF, might start testing on Saturday. Our chances are good this month.

MrsJJ- Yes, my temps are that way too. At first I thought it might indicate a thyroid issue but everything checked out fine. My Dr. said that's normal for some people.  In the winter my pre O temps are around 96.0!

Viddy- dust.gif Fingers double crossed for you! I hope this is the cycle. I agree testing might be a good idea. That way you'll know for sure .

JustJenny, that beta is awesome!  Are you having another to make sure the numbers are increasing?  Hope you get excellent results!

MrsJJ, yes, I had temps that were low 96s before O and 97s after O. I actually found out I was hypothyroid once they did the TSH and the free T4. My TSH was always normal, but my free T4 was low, so I was started on supplementation and man did I feel so much better.  My body temps didn't change however but my cycles went from 35 to 40 days to 28 to 30 days.

Hi guys,

Just having a bad day and wanted to vent a little bit. my spotting turned into full-fledged AF by Monday morning so we are starting cycle #9. And I'm having a really, really, really hard time with Mother's day this year. I just did a mom-themed storytime and I had to hide in the bathroom and cry as soon as it was over. I really thought I'd be okay, but I'm not. I was unpleasant about a woman being mean to her kids in the library and my sister told me I was judgemental and nasty. I find it hard to watch someone mistreat a child when I would give anything to be in their position. I think I will have to hide all day on Sunday. Please tell me I'm not the only one feeling this way this week. :(

Hey librarygirl, just want to send you some love and encouragement from the other side. I know it's the hardest thing to have faith but in a way that is all there is to do. It took us 10 tries in 12 months with one botched attempt (ectopic) in November. I had very little reason to believe December would be successful since I was running on 1 tube and no meds but that was the one for us. I hope you can find some peace this week with yourself and the TTC process. Know that you will be a wonderful mom some day and in the mean time have a good cry if you need to! hug2.gif
