My rational brain says that I should probably just give up all caffeine and alcohol (mainly wine) but I've been on the TTC wagon for like 3 years now and there's a big part of me that's like, 'I can't just live my life sacrificing my some small perks of adulthood just because I'm TTC"!
PERSPECTIVE: When I say caffeine and alcohol I mean 1 cup of coffee in the am and 1-2 glasses of wine about 3 nights/week. The wine drinking is usually around social gatherings.
What are your feelings on this??

I don't think you have to give up caffeine and alcohol to TTC. I might cut back on the wine, because it screws up charting for me, but your consumption sounds pretty moderate. I don't think these things are (barring the wine = charting problems thing) keeping you from conceiving.
