Is there a difference between Prometrium and generic versions of progesterone? I used Prometrium before and am comfortable with it and am just a little hesitant about using the generic in spite of it being considerably cheaper. I know in theory there shouldn't be a difference but I know of other medications where people see a difference in generic vs. brand so was afraid that may be the case here. Has anyone used the generic version or would you be willing to?
