I believe I have a uti, I'd really like to avoid taking an antibiotic if possible so I'm looking for some natural treatments. Cranberry juice and apple cider vinegar aren't doing the trick for me. I've been reading about using d-mannose and uva ursi but a lot of sources say to use with caution during pregnancy. Does any one have insights on whether or not these products would be safe to use while trying to conceive? Thank you!

I don't know if this will help or not but having a uti was my first sign that I was pregnant with my first pregnancy.  I went to the dr as I had yet to discover Mothering or my crunchy mama-self and got a antibiotic.  It cleared up the uti and I got a BFP a week later.  If I think about it, that's the last time I took an antibiotic and that was 5 years ago....anyway, all this to say that if the natural remedies aren't working, it might be time to take a pregnancy safe antibiotic.  You don't want it to turn into a bladder infection that will need stronger/longer antibiotics, especially if you are in the TWW.

Good luck!
