Is it the DAY you ovulate or a day or two before?

It could be all three. Sperm can live in your body for up to several days so if you BD a day or two before, the sperm could be there waiting for the egg to arrive. If you do it the day you ovulate, it takes time for the sperm to swim to the egg, but the egg is good for about 24 hours (I believe that is correct) after it pops out. Some people just BD every other day around suspected fertile time. Good luck!
