hello ladies!

the closer my test-day gets...the more anxious I become. i'm trying to play it cool, though. My husband is still convinced that we are going to get a BFP...but i'm not so sure. Trying to stay positive! Only a few days away until we find out!!! Kind of feeling discouraged from reading a lot on the internet about women having "for sure" signs at this point. but I know that we are all different! I need to stop reading so much anyway! LOL! unfortunately  I cannot keep my mind off of it! haha! Any suggestions on TRYING to keep my mind at ease/busy?!

I wish I could give advice, but it isn't really possible. It constantly lingers in your mind no matter what, unless you have really good self control. I'd say keep doing things that will keep you out of the house and without the ability to test.

So last night I had a few minutes of quick pinching pains. And a bit of nausea after dinner. I'm symptom spotting when this could easily be AF hinting she will be here in a couple of days. I feel like a big ball of crazy this morning lol.

I'm right there with you Badwolf except i have a week to go still. Last night I woke up from a dead sleep with acid in my throat.. It was disgusting and painful. I've been trying not to throw up all morning. can't decide if it means anything or it's because we went out to eat last night. My temp is staying high so that's good.

I still get cramps at the beginning of pregnancy so sometimes you can feel like AF is coming and it's just your stuff stretching and stuff inside lol

I tried to blame dinner, but it was ravioli. I eat it constantly. Right now I'm chalking it up as gas so my hopes stay low. A few more days till it's plausible to test. Though the wait is killing me inside.

Lots of good signs here y'all!  I'm really hopeful for those of you getting close to testing.

AFM: Well, I am going on three days of positive OPKs.  Totally out of the range of normal for me.  Still no temp rise.  headscratch.gif   I'm still keeping myself in the 2WW category though.

OnewithTwo - I'm a newbie to temperature charting, so take what I say as you will. But I temp orally (because I wanted to do it every day, and the idea of temping vaginally during AF was too icky for me, I know it shouldn't be but....) Anyhow, my temps fluctuate quite a lot, but there is a definite pattern of pre and post ovulation temps, so I guess orally is successful enough for me. I find the whole sciencey data thing facinating, good luck whichever you choose smile.gif

So I have a bit of pink spotting happening.  I knew AF was trying to sneak her way back.  And early too.  >.>

Though it would be nice if this was literally just spotting.  I'm having extremely mild (and I mean mild) cramping.  Cramping for me usually means making me not be able to move for 48 hours.  And I've thrown up twice.  Something I never do before, during or after AF.

I also temp orally. But google, says it's unreliable, so I worried. I can tell pre and post too.

AFM: saw a second OB yesterday for 2nd opinion and she said she would do a 21day progesterone blood draw and then just a pregnancy if no AF. She said the progesterone test would just be for my own comfort if I wanted it.
So I guess a tiny bit of monitoring is ok. I had one headache, but no other side effects of Clomid.

Thanks.  It would be nice.  I pulled up the online implantation calculator to see what it says.  Based off my last AF, it says I ovulated Feb 8th and am 12DPO.  It also said the 17th was the most common day for implantation and today would be less common.  We'll see.  I'm trying to keep very low hopes.

Do you usually ovulate later/earlier?

I am at 7 DPO and have been crampy for a few days already. No spotting. I had a temp dip at 5 and 6 DPO but that seems very early for implantation so I'm thinking second estrogen surge. Man I hate this not knowing crap. Lol.

I've never tried temping vaginally. I think orally is fine. It can be affected more easily by things, like if you sleep with mouth open one night. But it worked well for me.

My new hcg numbers are in and I feel reief at least for today!! It went from 51 to 193 in 48 hours. And my prog went from 13.2 to 24.7!! I am beyond happy right now.

Hello everyone,

I've been rather quiet since joining earlier this year.... Day number 31 in my cycle and still no AF. Took a test this morning and BFN. Sometimes I just get so down about test day. Like it's hopeless. Seeing my friend get prego when she didn't even want a baby doesn't make it any easier though... sigh. I'm being a sap lol. Chin up, right? Try again next month I guess. Same old same old...

good luck to all~

Believe me when I say that we all feel your pain. TTC is emotionally exhausting! I wouldn't count yourself out until AF arrives though. I ovulated on cd20 so I won't start until roughly cd34-35 assuming I don't have a weird cycle. It could still be early is all..

I'm out...

Bummed, but not really surprised.  My husband, god bless him, only responded with "oh well."  Gah, not exactly what I wanted to hear, but I'm also trying really hard not stress about the issue and talk about it all too much.  (We have a lot of complicated history about deciding when to have kids.)

It's looking like I'm out for this month as well.  The cramping is officially getting worse and it's more than spotting at this point.  So no implantation here.  Just an early AF.  Oh well.  I get to start charting and temping again!  That is, if I can find my thermometer.  Could you lovely ladies suggest some methods or tips or tricks so that way I can do this properly to present to my OB?  If we didn't conceive by now, my OB wanted me to start fertility drugs of some sort and I don't want to start that yet... 5 years ago this month I conceived my DS angel2.gif without any effort, and I want to do that a second time.  So I want to give it another month or two drug free of trying.  I'm sure you all understand.

Badwolf, I'm sorry. That is my biggest fear probably right now is that AF will come super early. I just barely started temping and using opks and I love it.. Takes all the guesswork out of it. I would also be interested in tips on how to present to a doctor since that is part of the reason I started temping.
