The best part was "women are meant to have babies at 16, not 34. Your eggs are old, you should have been done by 30, do you know how old you'll be when your kids graduate? Are you prepared to not be a great grandma?
*shakes head* women trying to have babies 30 and beyond."

J/k being the best part. I will not be going back to her. Way to make me feel like shit.

I could've sworn I replied to this, but I guess it never posted.  I am so angry for you.  It reminds me of when my SIL was trying to conceive.  Her and my oldest brother went to fertility specialists for years and she did all the treatments available at the time.  They told her to give up (and she was only my age). After she stopped all the treatments, her and my brother ended up pregnant with triplets.  So forget that doctor, go see someone else and when you are pregnant, go laugh in her face.

Opps.  I've had people assuming on my lately that I'm talking alcoholic, mostly because my DH drinks.  I'm so use to having to immediately defend anything I say.  Sorry!

My cervix was low and firm today, yay! My temp was up VERY VERY slightly, but it was taken at 3:30 a.m., and I can't remember how I need to adjust it for an earlier wake time. But the low cervix is encouraging. Until my chart proves me otherwise, I'm going to say that I had a +OPK on Sunday (when I didn't have any strips) and the LH was on its way out on Monday and Tuesday, and O day was Tuesday.

And the thick, white CM. It's thick but when you go to touch it it's sticky and watery at the same time. It's usually one or the other for me.

I'm personally not ready to see a negative, but everyone has that 'feeling' again.

What do you ladies think?
Have you tested yet? Just curious...

Thinking of you today and wondering what your next beta will be. Fingers crossed for super high numbers!

yay! I've never felt my cervix. I'm scared to for some reason! Lol! So I guess it's the TWW for you!

alive: thinking of you too. I hope I didn't make you mad. I was trying to soften the blow but nothing really does or can. Are you having more betas done today?

AFM: I'm still pretty down about all this. And my dr called last night with my betas from last Thur. Those were still 120ish. I hadn't started bleeding yet when I did those. But I started bleeding that same night and have been since then. So maybe most of the hcg is gone now. I'm out of cheapies or I'd just take one of those. I'm supposed to get them rechecked in a week. Hoping they'll be down to zero by then. Idk if these two are comparable, but I found all my notes on my levels going down with that ectopic:

1/22 BFP
2/4 640
2/8 1100
2/11 1700
2/12 metho shot
2/14 1700
2/15 2120
2/18 1420
2/22 740
3/1 101
3/8 3
Then I still continued to spot until 3/15. So just assuming that I went from 100ish to 3 in one week makes me think that by end of week it should be zero???? Just a basic assumption anyway. At this point I'm just ready to stop bleeding greensad.gif

DD - 11 , DD - 9 (both from previous marriage), and me and DH have DS - 4 .

I tested. Quickest negative I've ever seen. I'm okay. My obgyn wants to see me because apparently with what my body is doing, that made no sense to him. So as soon as I know my schedule for the temp agency, I'm booking the appointment. The heavy CM hasn't stopped and isn't slowing down. I'm so confused. >.>

It bothered me, I hate thinking about age and the future. Bad anxiety. I called back later yesterday and talked with advice nurse and she's going to have me see someone else. She's going to talk to them about a blood draw Friday, to test progesterone. Then if AF doesn't start by next Friday, have me come in for hcg blood test.

@Alivewithyou I'm thinking about you <3 I'm so sorry this is happening to you. I hope you're taking it easy.
yay for +opk!!

I saw mention that you should test pee from afternoon/late afternoon?
I never did first morning pee, but around 10am. If I waited till afternoon or beyond, I would get negative results. Why do these tests have to be so complicated?

I tested afternoon yesterday and it was still positive this morning (about 6). I just tested again about half an hour ago and it was negative. I got a 40 pack of strips off Amazon so i'm going to test both morning and afternoon I think. That is awful what the Ob said.

Badwolf- Good Luck!

Kita- Same here with my DH, except during O. Honestly, the hardest part for him has been giving up the caffeine lol

Hcg level came back at 40. All I can think of is I am about to lose my baby.. All. Day. Long. It's so surreal. Doctors are saying to wait 1-2 cycles. Is that really physically necessary? What supplements can I take? Can I get progesterone on my own?

@jenjy Congrats!
Sorry I've been MIA for awhile-just wanted to check in and see how everyone is doing!
AFM: Cramping like crazy and morning sickness all day, everyday! I can't stand the smell of pretty much anything, lol. I still don't know how far along I am, possibly 6 weeks, but I have US tomorrow to determine.

AFM.. DH is all about getting the deed done at least every other day until we see a BFP. Without my pushing or talking about ovulating or anything. Pretty sure he's come to the conclusion that we need this to happen finally. Fingers crossed.

Alive, I'm so sorry for your loss. As far as waiting there isn't really evidence to prove waiting is important (unless of course if feels better for you emotionally). There have been recent studies that say women are more fertile following a miscarriage. That being said, you should listen to your body and soul and decide what is best for you and your husband. I miscarried this past January, we decided to go for it right away and just see what happens. I conceived 17 days after the m/c started, af just never came. I have been using otc progesterone cream. I hope you get another bfp when you are ready and a successful pregnancy. hug2.gif

Alivewithyou, hang in there. I conceived my dd the cycle after miscarriage. The pregnancy, labor, and baby were all as good as can be. The doctor told me to wait 3 cycles at that time which I couldn't accept having ttc 2 years to get the first bfp. I was depressed after the miscarriage and paranoid for most of the pregnancy though. I followed the exact same things that got me pregnant the first time, checking cervical position and using preseed. Best wishes to you.

BLAH! I've only cried over a BFN at 10DPO today. I know its early but I have no hope left for a positive this month, and I'm sad about that. I was so optimistic/excited about my chart this month so it hurt even more. My chart last month was plummeting below coverline at this point, and had been dropping for days. This month it has stayed high. I'm now feeling like it will NEVER happen. Pants :'(

Badwolf- I hear you. 2 of my cousins got pregnant by accident this year and I just saw on Facebook a guy I used to work with just got a second girlfriend pregnant. It always seems like it happens to the ones that aren't trying.

Alive- I wish I had more to offer, I just can't imagine what you must be going though. My prayers are with you.

AFM- I'm pretty sure I O'd yesterday morning since I felt a pinching pain and got the negative OPK later in the day. We'll prob BD tonight but I don't know how worth while it'll be. I'm not happy we only got in 2 good days, but we'll see.

i have also heard that you can be more fertile after a m/c ...for 6 months?

i have had one period since mine so i will keep you posted

a friend from my ddc just posted that she is pg. she has had regular periods but was queasy and growing out of her pants. when she poas it was super dark...what a surprise!

i am between 4 and 7 dpo...ff puts me at seven, but my opk looked positive for 2 days. i usually have a ten day luteal phase with a cycle length of 27 days...by that af is due 13th
