Hi everyone,

I've been following this board for the last couple months and have seen how helpful you all are so I'm hoping you can help me!  We've been TTC for the last 4 months and I've been temping for almost 2 to get a handle on all of this.  I've also been using OPKs but they've often shown positive for 4-5 days so that throws me off.  I've attached screenshots from Ovuview for Feb and March.  In February, I felt like the temp rise was more clear on days 17-18 to indicate O (I was sick on days 19-21 so I didn't count those low temps).

This month, I did have a jump on day 16 but now it's started to come back down a little and my OPK is STILL showing positive.  On day 15, I used the Clearblue digital and got the solid smiley face (peak) for the days.  On days 17 and 18, I've used dollar store OPK and had really strong positive results.  I'm really not very good at tracking my CM so that doesn't help.  Any advice??  Thank you!

I'm certainly no expert, but I think it looks like you're not ovulating. And sometimes you can get a pos OPK because your body is gearing up to O, but it never really does. This is what I suspect is going on. Just my opinion though.

no good at charts but i know that you can have positive opks if your body is gearing up to o and does not.

Thanks so much for your opinions. That would make sense. I forgot to mention that I stopped BCP in Oct after about 15 years. I can tell my body is still adjusting but I don't want to waste too much time wondering since I am already 33.

It doesn't look ovulatory to me either.. You seem to have a temp spike but it quickly drops back down. Sorry, I know that must be frustrating. Maybe try talking to a doctor about it?

Yes, I'm trying to figure out how long to reasonably wait after coming off BCP to see a doctor about my concerns.  I think I'm just really starting to feel the pressure at this age.  I had to have back surgery last year so this all got put on the back burner...I just wish I would thought about quiting the pills sooner to give my body more time to regulate.
