Question opk questions

I bought amazon cheapies and they didn't come with instructions. Does anyone know what the timing is on this brand? Also, I remember years ago the opks I used were only positive if the second line was as dark or darker than the control line. I saw a faint line on my opk this morning after a few minutes, I'm wondering if a line is a line or if these tests are similar to the ones I used years ago?

I found the instructions online by looking up the company name.
I think the as dark as or darker than rule still applies. A line is a line only works for pregnancy tests.
Good luck!
