How to delay ovulation?

I'm trying to become a single mum by choice. I just did an unsuccessful IUI. I'm going to be traveling around ovulation the next two months. As I'm already 42, missing two months of trying really stresses me out.

Does any one have any suggestions for how to delay ovulation for a few days? LIfestyle changes? OTC or Rx meds? Supplements?

Thanks in advance!

Stress helps ovulation to delay. Trouble is, I'm not sure of any safe way to reliably stress yourself out and delay ovulation.
But another way is start taking Vitamin B complex in hopes of lengthening LP. I always seem to ovulate somewhere between 12 - 14, and then would start spotting 5 days.

fertility meds can more precisely alter ovulation, have you talked with your care provider about it?
