Christina ~ I thought of a few more tips about the UTIs. You should not wear synthetic materials near your um............. vulvie (ask me some other time lol) it keeps the area from breathing and causes more UTIs.

s for Shannon and Christina and PhobeKate. Hoping things start to look up for all of you very soon!

And : : for Maya and Jo! What a wonderful two-bfp morning! Congratulations!

It's looking like my eggie has finally dropped! According to FF, I'm 3dpo, and that feels right to me. I am freaking out a little bit. As in, it's already happened, conception, or not. Now it's only waiting, and I could be waiting for nothing, because nothing could have happened! Argh.

Entering the 2ww
http://www2.fertilityfriend.com/home/33619
there's my chart. Lordy, I hope its this month!
We've been BD every other day and with the ovulation testing I just really don't want to wait anymore! I never thought it would take 8 months. I know there are a lot of women here who have waited longer and I can't imagine the anguish.
Dd was unplanned so I guess I thought this next child would take no longer than 3 months.
The good news is that I am ovulating! That is a start no matter what the test says.

Part of me is so happy for all my friends but more and more are announcing their pregnancies and that is hard for me. In fact one friend is having her child this month, she got pregnant the month I went off BC and we start trying the following month. That is a major milestone for me. She will have her child before I'm even pregnant with mine.

Mom of a 7 yr old, 4 yr old, and 1 yr old. Wow. How did that happen?

Haha! Funny you should say that because DP called her parents to tell them, but her mom assumed she was just calling about the tennis game that had just ended on t.v., so they had all this small talk before Sarah said anything. Then her mom said, "you always do that! You chat as if nothing special is going on and then you spring some big news on me!" I guess it runs in our family!

Thanks for all the positive vibes!!

Did I mention that the iui occurred on summer solstice? How perfect is that!

I POAS again and got a BFN! I am now just waiting for AF to show her ugly face. I have all of the symptoms of AF, so I am sure it is inevitable.

Yea!!!! Maya and Jo, congratulations!!! Sticky vibes and healthy pregnancy!

Shannon...take a sip of your drink (that's my contribution to keeping you hydrated). Hope you feel better soon.

Chrsitina, sorry about dh. Shannon's thoughts sounded like they could be right on. Guys also rollercoaster with ttc, they're just not as good about processing and it often comes out harshly, that's my experience.

((Trisha))

I'm on cd23, 9dpo. Feeling queasy, not quite nauseous. I'm on the lookout for an implantation dip though I know it does not always happen and of course, I cant be certain my hunch is right. No temp dip but my cp, which had been high and firm since o, came so low yesterday and was so and I got creamy cm. I wonder if I got a cervix implantaion dip? anyone heard of that. Of course, there's a chance I'm reading into it. HA Ha HA

A friend of mine in MN who is pregnant just had a very severe bee pollen allergic reaction and almost died. All her friends are praying for her, the baby and the family. Any extra prayers and good thoughts are appreciated. Thank you!

So, this dong quai tastes pretty foul. It smells kind of like very pungent celery. But it tastes FOUL! You mix hot water with it. I tried it with just water last night, thought it might help so I mixed preganancy tea with it today. It didn't help. I sugared it up, added some rice milk and chugged it as fast as possible while holding my breath. :Puke

The stuff we do to get babies

Please tell me if this is weird, what it could be... warning, TMI ahead.
I feel pressure down below in the girly bits. Like I need to push something out or pee or something (not anything having to do with my bladder, though). Its really weird.

Johanna, are you certain you are not pregnant??? I get that by week 5 every time and its because of increased blood flow to the area.

But my breasts aren't really sore (they've been moderately sensitive since last year when I got a reduction). I could make up symptoms all day long just because I know I want to be pregnant so bad. Wouldn't it be funny? Going around wanting to be pregnant and not knowing I am.... I just don't have the $$ to go POAS. grrr..

*NOTICE*

Hi, I would like to subscribe, please put me under waiting to do who knows what. I actually wanted to ask you guys for your opinon about my chart. If you look at my chart, it says 5 dpo under the advanced setting. In the tradtional FAM setting I haven't ovulated yet. I don't know about my temp for CD 18, though, because I kept vaguely barely waking up that morning from about 5:30 on. But I was only waking up enough to look at the clock and think "ugh, go back to sleep" and then I was out again. I took my temp at 6:15 because I kept waking up like that and it was 97 at that time, so it isn't like the temperature was going up alot over that time, so I figure it's ok, but if I discredit that temp, then I'm 3 dpo. I wish I knew why fertility friend's coverline is so different from FAM, do they just pay more attention to CM or what? And please tell me when you think I ovulated, 5 days is such a big difference when it comes to testing. Also, I had wanted to try progesterone cream because my lp is on the short side (11 days on average), but I don't know if 5 dpo is too late to start, does anybody know? Thanks for your advice in advance.

Mady, mom to : Rosie (4), and expecting someone new : in 1/10

Afternoon, everyone, and a Happy 4th of July to all our American sistahs and ex-pat sistahs!

Muse and Jo, I am SO happy for both of you!!!! I am sending you both nine months of extremely sticky vibes:

Silly me, I assumed everyone already knew that their pee should be clear! :LOL I guess making assumptions really is dumb! (BTW, that orange B vit pee has scared me on multiple occasions, since my pee is normally so clear unless I have a UTI... and then I remember, duh! I had a smoothie, or whatever...)

Anyway, I'm sending you all my love -- and thank you all so much for the hugs!

Belly Blessings!

I hope everyone's having a good Independence Day... (for those of us in the US, of course)... We took dd downtown to the parade, but I think her favourite part was the balloons blowing everywhere because of the wind, lol!

Hi, I'm on the nursing mama's list but not this one. I'm due to start AF today. Grumpy and tired and very bloated, but so far, no AF.

TTC is such a lesson in going with the flow. It's one thing in life you can't control, all you can do is improve the odds. Mother Nature is boss here. Drives me crazy!

Congratulations Jo and Muse!!!

Johanna - what you described sounds like what my TCM practitioner called "bearing down"...don't know what that means exactly - it was one of several questions about general health, digestion, etc at my original intake consultation, and she asked me if I ever felt it, which I hadn't...
