Thanks for starting the new thread Gabry!

Lexymama, :

Update - DD is 16 months, and please move me to waiting to O. I'm back in the game!

I've started Vitex this month - a low dose. I'm also taking EPO capsules and B-complex vitamins.

Thanks for tending the thread this month Gabry.

I suppose I'm not really in the waiting to be ready. It's not like we've stopped TTC. . just tried to stop obsessing about it (yeah, like that's happened). I have found my thermometer and started charting again. I was beginning to get really disheartened but this mornings temp shot up. Hopefully it means I've O'ed. I guess I'll know better after tomorrow's temp. Here's my chart http://www2.fertilityfriend.com/home/bemommy

Lots of dust all around.

Be, happy momma to Liberty (12-31-02), Henry (3-17-07) and Prudence (7-02-09)

Thanks for keeping up with the thread, Gabry. I guess I am still in the "waiting to be ready" category although I am ready, it's my body that is being difficult. Hopefully af will either show or I will go ahead and ovulate so we can get this ttc back on track. Trying to stay positive and let some of the frustration go. Anyone have info on progesterone cream? When to use, when to stop, amount, etc.?

Got everyone updated so far, I think. I did just realize that by copying and pasting the list obviously I didn't get the chartlinks included. If I feel very ambitious one of these days I might try and fix that but for now I'll just leave it alone (still warming up..)
Be, your chart looks promising! Do you want to be moved to 2ww, or wait til O gets confirmed?

Hello everyone,

Happy birthday Lexymama!

I am on cd 16 and I am hoping that I am about to 'o'. Can you ovulate without having a temp shift?

My DS is now 23 months! Almost 2 .

I'm just starting to chart again, though I don't know what good it will do me if I don't wake at the same time every morning. Has anyone else found that nursing before you do your temp changes it? I nurse in my sleep so I'm wondering if that isn't what's making it kinda screwy...

Anyway, I'm waiting to O... trying to figure out if I need to start the Vitex. Guess I should just go ahead and start it, hmm? :/

Thanks, let's keep me in the waiting to be ready at least until O is confirmed.

On another note, my mom gave me a great gift for Easter. A handful of dollar store HPTs Now I just have to forget that I have them :

Well, like I said.. this was a weird cycle. AF showed up today. I totally was not expecting her so soon. Guess no 2ww for me this month.

The times that I'm able to temp are all over the place. It makes for not the prettiest chart but there is a definite temp shift. I do try to make sure I start temping before dd nurses and after I've gotten a nice solid hour or two of real sleep.

It's a total PITA though

Gabry, you can move me if you want, FF gave me the crosshairs (my chart link is in my sig). I've certainly O'ed this month, the past 2 days I've had that oven sort of feeling, this am's temp shows who warm I'm running. DH is convinced we caught it this month. . he's making all these little jokes. It's going to drive me nuts.

Really frustrating with temping while co-sleeping and nursing at night. My dd had a bad patch from March 28-31 and I ended up temping way early those days. If I do temp adjustments for time then FF gives me dotted crosshairs much earlier, putting me at 5-7 DPO. : At least I know I've O'ed. . Lets hope my LP is long enough, and that the little eggie was caught.

All the 2ww obsessiveness has started. Anyone else in my shoes who'd like to plan a testing party in a week?

Wow, glad you asked that LeakyBoobs... and bemommy confirmed...

I didn't understand why my temp was up & down so much, I was happy to see a definite shift post-O. We co-sleep & while I was able to take my temp the same time every day, the time in which dd nurses has been variable... and sometimes dh will take her for the last hour.

Hope it IS your month bemommy!

Hey! I know I haven't been posting regularly in this thread. But I haven't spent much time on the boards and I forgot to subscribe to this thread last month. Anyways, DH is overseas for about a month so we really really tried this last O. Well I got a BFP this morning. I tested with a fertility test first, and when I got a positive for that 13 days after Oing, I tried to pregnancy test and got a half way faint positive.

BFP

Now I just have to wait till DH gets back to tell my family and real life friends because I want him to be first to know.

Normally I would only get one 20 mintue call a week but since he is working in a place where he is constantly on the phone, he can call this base and have them transfer the call to our house, which is on base. So he said he could probably call me 3 - 4 times a week, for 15 - 20 min.

I don't know if I can keep this a secret from him for that long. I am horrible about keeping secrets like this, ones that aren't a big deal to keep, YK? Like someones deep dark secret. I could totally tell him... this is gonna be hard.

Congrats Hunnybumm! Our first April success story, may many more follow... I would definitely tell dh on the phone, even tho that's not ideal, but he'll be away so long. Plus, if you tried for it (assuming he knows you did), he may be asking you whether you poas yet, and it might be hard to lie.

Has anyone here tried progesterone cream (or prescription progesterone) to prolong lp? I'm thinking/wondering about it.. I'm already on B6 and just ordered vitex. Last two lp's were 7-8 days (before that the first 2 pp cycles were wacky).

I'm all for April being a better month. March was an icky month for me...chemical pg, my dad was diagnosed with leukemia and we've been sick for what feels like forever.

On a more positive note, if we caught the eggie this cycle,
my due date would be my dad's birthday, Dec. 19th. I'm really hoping that's a positive omen.

Congrats hunnybumm . I wouldn't be able to wait more than 5 minutes to call dh!

Hello. I belong in this group! I've been trying for about 5 cycles now with no luck. I blame my nursaholic daughter, 23 months. I'm trying to cut her back, but she nurses a few times a night and about every 3-4 hours during the day. I've had a couple of looong cycles where I didn't ovulate until CD 30, and I'm in the midst of one of those now. I'm around CD 30, but I haven't ovulated yet and am having breakthrough bleeding. I'm thinking of trying vitex, actually. I've been searching through posts and it seems safe during breastfeeding. Anyway, good luck to us all, and congratulations Hunnybumm!

Actually DH probably won't even ask. He wants another one, but he is leaving the legistics to me. I tell him "Ok, we have to do it tonight because I am Oing." and that's about as much as he wants to know, LOL. I think I am going to try and wait it out.

I am sending positive baby vibes to this thread and it's members.

Congrats Hunny!! I'd get Tristan to tell him... Either "Mommy's pregnant" or "I'm gonna be a big brother" When I got pregnant with DS2 DH was on a outting on his submarine... I had all of our family members send him an email. :LOL It was nice... now him missing the BIRTH part and having to find out about his second son by email was DEFINITELY not part of the cute plan... SO glad we're civilians now! Military life was just not right for this family. My hat is off to any woman who can handle it. Thank you!!!
